Had a great time at the chalet. It's tucked away just far enough that you don't get any road noise, so the whole stay was very peaceful. Everything was clean, and looked exactly like in the pictures!

We absolutely loved the property. The seclusion of the place made it nice for all types of events outside. It was nice and cozy and so peaceful. We will definitely be back. only one suggestion is a king size bed.

This place did not disappoint. I could live in this cozy chalet. We were in love the minute we pulled up. We went shopping to buy similar decorations to make our house just as cozy. Look forward to a longer visit in our new future.

It was exactly as it says on the listing. Everything was perfect. Despite some wet weather my wife and I still enjoyed the quiet and relexing atmosphere that Bev and Terry have created.

Beautiful property inside and out! Outdoor hottub is excellent. Absolutely pin-drop quiet surroundings. Excellent star gazing at night. The Owners are wonderful people, the neighborhood food is excellent, 15mins to local stores. My Wife and i celebrated our Honeymoon here and it was excellent, we didnt want to leave! We were really looking forward to spending a bit of time away from our hectic lives to celebrate our 36th anniversary at this beautiful chalet. The property was private, had gorgeous views, was exceptionally clean, and Bev the owner created a very romantic atmosphere from the moment you opened the door...and the gift of goblets was a truly special touch! From the well-stocked kitchen to the hot tub and outdoor oasis, the Private Chalet was beyond impressive! We felt very fortunate to have spent such a lovely time here!

We enjoyed every minute of the time that we stayed there! We got there the cleanliness, the welcoming music, the whole atmosphere was an experience that I wish everyone could feel 😊 The Host was very accommodating, everything was there that you needed! The hot tub, the jacuzzi, so relaxing! And also the trails, the swing down by the creek! It was a great place to spend a few days on our honeymoon, after my second marriage!!!! Thank you so much! This long weekend at your gorgeous facility was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. We are both busy professionals, and have a longing to someday retire, and lead a much simpler life out in the country. This retreat was absolutely perfect. We could not appreciate more. The painstaking detail that you provided as far as amenities. Anything anyone would need was there. From enjoying the hot tub to sitting next to the fire everything was absolutely perfect and it was a glorious weekend. We will look forward to someday spending a long weekend there again. When we first walked in, there was soft music playing, electric candles lit everywhere, and aromatherapy. The care and love that Bev and Terry put in to hosting is so evident. The attention to detail shows how much they care. Everything you could need, they have. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there are even outdoor games for your use. I surprised my husband for our 8th wedding anniversary with a few days here. We loved the secludedness this house offers. We enjoyed the trail and the hammock by the stream. We used the grill and cooked our lunches and dinners on it. We loved the hot tub and sitting on the deck in the mornings, drinking coffee. We played games, explored the property, and the massage room was a fun surprise. And we loved looking through the guestbooks through the years and the before and after photos of the chalet. The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. Communication with Bev was always prompt and responsive. We cannot wait to go back.

We loved our stay so much. The attention to detail blew us away. The property was absolutely gorgeous, very private as advertised, and the hot tub tied it all together. We can't recommend this location enough, we are grateful for our experience.

First thing I need to say is that Bev is awesome! She spends much of her time to make sure everything is perfect. The little details that are noticed when you first arrive are countless. Even after being there a few days, we still were finding things that put a smile on your face 😊. My wife for some reason didn't want to get too exited or have too high expectations before arriving, but then she started up the stairs as I unloaded the vehicle, she started crying! I thought something happened and she got hurt! She was so overwhelmed with emotions because of the simple things that were in place to welcome guests. Did I say Bev is awesome? God bless Bev and her family for sharing their gift to couples who are in need of renewal.

This home was appointed so well. The outdoor area was perfect for a peaceful enjoyment of nature anc the inside was lran, smelled amazing and was delightfully comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

Cute little place for relaxing. Loved the outdoor patio with the fireplace and whirlpool. It’s secluded, but just a short drive to groceries and restaurants.

The chalet is a hidden gem in a picturesque setting. All the amenities that you need, perfect place to for a nice getaway.

My wife and I just stayed here to have a no-kids, reconnecting-type extended weekend, and we looooved it. The photos are a very accurate representation. It's on 10 acres of wooded, secluded land you get all to yourselves, super quiet, peaceful, and scenic. Not only was the place super clean and organized, but it was the most comprehensively outfitted vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Usually, rentals come with the basics and not much more, because people are cheap. This place had a kitchen with condiments, spices, plastic wrap and foil, scissors, and 100 other useful items, like what you'd have in your own kitchen.The bathroom was stocked the same way. The linens, bedware, etc., all stocked way past the barebones basic, and good quality. The light switches are all labeled, which sounds goofy, but no, for that place, very helpful. You'll see. There were also very clear instructions and rules for running the outside hot tub and the indoor jacuzzi tub. When we walked in, there was music playing, and some electric candles left on, which was a pleasant surprise and a really nice way to enter the place, especially at night (which we did). You can tell the owners really care about not only the quality of this chalet, but about their clients. My wife and I are thinking of making this place a yearly extended weekend thing, so I guess that's the best endorsement I can possibly give. :)
