Our two bedroom residence was amazing as was the roof top pool. Nice welcomed breeze in a very hot city.

Property was Clean and organised. This was my second stay here. Services were as per expectations.

Couldn’t stay longer!

The staff are incredible. Everyone is there to help you however they can. I was most impressed with the doormen as they were always working so hard catching tuk tuk and taxis. It was great knowing that they had already negotiated the price and confirmed the location for you. I know I will always be comfortable at a Marriot, but this level of service is unique to this hotel. Also the pool was stunning! Great to look over the city all day. Never had an issue finding a chair, but often it was not in the sun.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Drum herum gibt es z. B. Einen kleinen Supermarkt, sonstige Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ich habe sogar eine Näherei entdeckt. Touristikunternehmen holen einen für den gebuchten Ausflug ab. River City, wo sich der Pier zu Ausflugsbooten und regulärem Bootsbetrieb auf dem Chao Praya befindet, ist nach ca. 20 Minuten Fußmarsch sehr gut erreichbar. Die Rooftopbar und der Infinitypool im 18. Stockwerk sind eine Wucht. Die Fotos auf den Portalen sind fakt! Am Abreisetag konnte ich kulantererweise abends den Spa-Bereich für eine Dusche vor der Abreise nutzen. Das Hotel ist eifach ein Traum und das Personal absolut reizend und hilfsbereit. Leider kann ich gar nicht so viel essen, wie das Frühstücksangebot hergebt. Ich bin Vielreisende - geschäftlich und privat - und habe so eine Qualität und Vielfalt noch nicht erlebt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Love it ♥️

Der Infinitypool ist kein Kinderpool. Dennoch sind viele Kinder dort und toben sich aus. Leider plärren dann - in meinem erlebten Fall die Väter - auch noch völlig ungeniert rum und man kann die eigentliche Idylle und Faszination dieses Ortes und des Ausblicks nicht genießen.

Horší poloha, v okolí žádné možnosti - reatarace, nákupy, památky, vždy bylo nutno vzít taxi a dojet do centra.

Le style de l’hôtel assez moderne. Les chambres et le fait d’avoir accès au M lounge. La qualité des petits déjeuners et dîners. Très bon DJ au bar de la terrasse en toiture.

Les tables et les sols (terrasse + M lounge) ne sont pas propres ! Le repas au restaurant chinois fut un désastre : entre le bruit de la salle à côté de notre table (au fond à gauche de l’entrée). Le bruit du chariot (par trois fois) qui passe devant nous. Les personnes chargées de serviettes sales, quand ce n’est pas la poubelle des toilettes ! Le bruit des chaises qui sont traînées sur le sol, la manutention de la vaisselle pour la mise en place des deux grandes tables devant nous. Tout cela alors que nous commencions à manger. La salade commandée au restaurant de la piscine (un crabe complément grillé, mais moût ) immangeable, cela ne nous est jamais arrivé à ce point. Les fauteuils à la piscine sont également sales (poussière sur les structures des sièges et salissures sur les coussins), tout comme ceux du bar sur la terrasse en toiture. Bref pas digne d’un 5 étoiles.

Établissement propre, piscine très agréable, tout confort, personnel au petit soin et buffet petit - petit déjeuner varié et très complet !

Situé à 30min de l’aéroport et à 20min de la plupart des centres d’intérêts

Wir haben einen kostenlosen Zimmer upgrade bekommen. Zudem hatten wir den Club gebucht. Das Frühstück und das Essen während der Coktailstunde war fantastisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kommt überall schnell hin.

Le petit déjeuner est le plus incroyable que j'ai pu voir. La chambre était extra. La piscine rooftop est une merveille.

We absolutely love this hotel! We visit Bangkok several times a year, and we always stay at this hotel. Everything is perfect, from the bedding to the service. We feel right at home here. The rooftop is just magnificent, and the infinity pool offers a magical view. We adore the staff at this hotel. They always go above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. It's truly our home away from home in Bangkok.

The pool deck needs to be redone. The decking is broken and tired. Staff at check-in were incompetent. Rooftop was closed for a private function, but we were not advised of this in advance.

My wife 2 adult children and I were delighted to stay and have this wonderful experience at Bangkok Marriott Surawongse! Bei diesem teurem Zimmerpreis nicht ideal, wenn man beim CheckIn erst um 18:30 sein Zimmer bekommt.

Størrelse på rommet, utsikten, bassenget, sengene, personale - over all forventning. Baren i toppetasjen er helt fantastisk.

Vi hadde en tidlig flyavgang, spiste ikke frokost på hotellet og derfor kan ikke uttale oss om frokosten. Lunsjen spiste vi i restauranten i 3 etasje, maten var midt på tre. Middag spiste vi i kinesiske restauranten i toppetasjen. Interiøret og utsikten er utmerket, dessverre kan ikke si det samme om maten.

Hammer Frühstück, tolles Bett/ Aussicht/ Petsonal mega zuvorkommend und immer freundlich . Aussich Dachterasse atemberaubend.

Das man keinen Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse im 31. Stock hat - Markise konnte nicht ausgefahren werden .
