Big house, clean. Caretaker lives just behind the house and are very helpful, if needed. Our 2y old son enjoyed the company of their 4-5y old kids.

Just keep in mind that you need to walk 5min to the main road to get a tricycle to get to the city center in 5-10min. it's located a bit outside of the city but easy to reach with a tricycle (15-20 pesos/person). The showers don't have the same "power" like in Europe, so expect to get a shower but of course adapted to Philippines standard.

The house is huge.The brother of the owner who lives with his family at the back of the house was so accommodating.

The location is far..the road towards the house was not paved.You need to have your own car for convenience.

The house is comfortable and spacious enough to relax while preparing to explore the next day. The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet. It is also in front of the sea. There's a nearby beach resort where you can swim if you want. The family living in the back of the house is welcoming as well. They also have a rental private car with a friendly and kind driver who will accommodate you to different places in Bohol that you like. Overall we had a great stay, and will surely recommend this place.

The rough road that you need to pass to go to this place. It's not cemented and it has a steep part where cars entering this place will have difficulty passing through it. The room on the sea front is not air conditioned and it smelled old but it's manageable since you can just use the electric fan.

An excellent place to stay . The house is family friendly. Quiet & relaxing. My father is on a wheelchair but he had a chance to stay in the terrace . Lastly the rate is so affordable recommended for those after a good and quality budget , very helpful.
