Great location, close to food services, shops, & restaurants. Traffic noise wasn't an issue, as we could hear the ocean and breeze moreso. Fantastic views.
Maintenance was a minor issue. We fixed the second bathroom's door (to the hallway), as it wouldn't close properly... top hinge screws were loose, so we had to use toothpicks, (and get a screwdriver from our car), to fix. Pantry doors weren't aligned properly and need adjustment. Flickering light bulb in hallway. TV sound intermittently stopped working. Minor inconveniences.

Awesome Location, spacious rooms, & awesome views. Reflection Hotel Staff are awesome. Room was Super clean & they're so friendly & helpful. Will definitely come back & book direct with them.
Our room, 1501, is managed separately by RBR Real Estate Agents, not the hotel. Had to clean the room & wipe everything down when we arrived as it was dirty.
We changed rooms for the 2nd week, managed by the actual Reflection Hotel Staff. What a difference! Super clean & so friendly & helpful. Will definitely come back & book direct with them.

The location was very good close to all the food courts to get dinner and breakfast.
Early check out for the money you pay for the stay is un reasonable.
