Exposed electrical on walls also under stove, clogging sink in bath, torn , tattered couch, mounding broken etc.

The airport pick up was a pain. They very well know that a first timer shall not have a phone number upon landing. Even after detailed prior instruction they did not send anyone. I had to wait almost 2 hrs at the airport waiting for the pick up and finally took a taxi and paid them almost 500 birrs. Upon reaching the hotel told me that the pick up vehicle has just reached the airport!!! This was the .ost unprofessional part of the whole experience. They also did not reimburse my taxi money.

it was close to the mall

it was not very clean especially the bed linen and towels. there was no microwave at the apartment

Excellent manager and staffs!!!

The mattress we were provided was very bad we thought maybe that is how it's we did not complain till 2 weeks but my daughter couldn't just cop with it anymore and we decided to complain to the manager and they immediately changed the matreses. from my point of view, I think they could have provided us with better matres from the beginning.

I liked the juices they make and the area in general.

The hospitality was excellent

The breakfast needs to change and have more meats and egg options. many would do with plain fry eggs

The location of the hotel was perfect. it helped me achieve my objective since its walkable distance to most embassies. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff were excellent. They were always ready to help. The hotel is highly recommended for a family.

The wifi in the rooms was unstable. The kitchen was not well equipped. it lacked many of the utesils required for cooking
