The scenery from the hotel was very nice

During our entire stay, we were only once lucky to get sun beds on the pool. Guests book the sunbeds from very early morning and many sun beds are just kept booked all day by towels whilst the people don’t show up. The water park closes from 1200 to 1500 hrs, but they never clean the stairs leading to the slides… The public toilets around floors B6 and B7 needs to be more regularly cleaned and freshened up.

not enough sun beds for everyone, people were putting towels down at night to reserve sun beds , this should not be aloud !!!

Rooms are old, room’s cleaning service is so bad as during my stay they had forgotten to clean my room twice! staff are in trained!

facilities in the property are nice but everything else is not even up to standards

staff aren’t helpful especially Bhokan at the reception is very rude and doesn’t provide any solutions. we stayed 4 nights at the hotel and there was no proper Wi-Fi connection and staff kept saying it’s a general problem also the phone line in the rooms was not working. every time we needed something we had to walk all the way to the reception . Elevators are always busy at the hotel and due to the small sizes of the elevator be prepared to wait for good 8 minutes on average to be able to use it. We had so many issues while staying at the hotel and I can write an essay. All these issues weee shared with the reception manager Makbule who just listened and didn’t do anything . My advice the stay there isn’t worth the money your paying especially the way you are being treated

its the worst security ever , worst system , everytime investigations on the gate no entry after 9pm even if your friends are inside its like Disney land so many kids lifts are always busy my ocean view had a partial view which can see a part from the sea only

The property was big with 3 pools and nice view. there were entertainment shows each night

to begin the water of the outdoor pool was freezing cold barely anyone was swimming. There was alot of variety at the Buffay and yet there they were all cold and barely anything to select from each time. Even the indoor pool was very cold and we had to raise a complain to get that fixed and we just never went to swim as we weren’t sure if they were gonna fix it. all the food other than the buffet like the snack bars around the resort were not appetizing at all. When it came to cleanliness I wouldn’t say it was the best when we checked in the first day the toilet was not clean however they cleaned it right away.
