This property has is pros and cons, but overall I really like it. I stayed there a few times already.

A very clean and well-kept central,modern hotel, just a 5 min walk to their Praca do Giraldo, city centre and just beside the city walls. Lovely spotless and modern restaurant with great food. Visited over Christmas but has pool and amenities for the summer. City centre interesting and lively.

The approach to the hotel,if you are coming by car, is a bit complicated as you suddenly face a No Entry sign. So, would recommend that the hotel inform their clients on making a reservation, to make their way to their underground garage just by the side of the hotel, where you just press a button and Reception will open the garage- door for you.

Beautiful hotel in a very quite area, but walking distance to all sites to visit in Evora. Front desk Maria was very professional and willing to provide all needed information. The lobby area is very nice, as well as outside, pool and yard. Very clean room. Spacious, comfortable beds. Good breakfasts.

Terrible wi-fi. I need to go to the lobby to have access to the wi-fi.

Given the low cost of this hotel we were extremely impressed with the facilities, it felt a luxury hotel compared to many in Portugal. The breakfast was fantastic and the fact it's included in the low price was amazing. Location is perfect, close to the town but quiet. Parking was easy as well. We only stayed one night but it was probably the best hotel of our trip in Portugal.

Breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent. The overall experience was exceptional. Nice having parking garage to secure car. We would book again!

The common areas are well kept up, it has parking (for small cars only) and is in a good location.

That was the worst hotel bed I think I have had. It was very old, too soft and the room was musty. It was a surprised based on the nice common areas. The pool also had a layer of dead bugs on it and clearly hadn't been skimmed clean for a while. Disappointing as the facility looks so nice

Excellent breakfast, great location, nice room, huge terrace with a lovely view.

The restaurant, Sabores do Alentejo, advertises a menu on the hotel website that no longer exists. This a serious shortfall as the website goes into some detail about the restaurant and the chef whilst it now only serves buffet meals which was not what we were expecting at all. We booked a table for 8pm on the first night of our stay and only found out about the buffet when we got to our table.
