Bereits frühmorgens waren sehr viele der Liegen an den Pools mit Handtüchern Büchern etc belegt obwohl erst gegen 11:00 Uhr die Leute kamen. Das hat uns sehr an typisches Touristenverhalten in Mittelklassehotels erinnert. Viele Servicekräfte konnten Englisch nicht verstehen sodass teilweise Missverständnisse entstanden.

Architecture très plaisante et emplacement parfait Playa del Duque , très beau parc paysagé , plusieurs piscines et restaurants, petit déjeuner buffet proposant un vaste choix de plats . Vue panoramique depuis la terrasse loggia de notre chambre . Parking privé .

Personnel de l’ accueil peu chaleureux .

Very family oriented place. It's a perfect holiday place for families, young couples, everyone will find themselves over there. Great restaurants within the resort. Friendly, professional staff.

It was nothing I that I didn't like it

the room was dated with the floor tiles literally falling to pieces and maybe that was offered to us because we came with a pet. But for a super 5 star resort this was really unacceotable.

The room was dated and didn't meet expectations at all. I would expected a much better setting for the amount of money we paid and the hype around Bahia el Duque.

Rooms and resort area are pretty. Quick walk to a nice beach. Air conditioning is nice, but you have to monitor that it's still turned on (the cleaning staff will turn it off sometimes). Salt water pool is nice.

Cockroaches in our room (multiple). Staff was hostile when I questioned why we weren't informed about a dress code (must wear pants) to dinner within the resort until we were rejected at the restaurant door. All food within the resort is outrageously overpriced and not very good. Moon Restaurant (for example) is just 5 min walking along the beach, has a better view, and offers much better food for half the price (if not less). No hot tubs anywhere at the resort, which seems very strange for a resort of this size and cost. You must pay to use tennis court, pickleball court, and chipping/putting facilities, which are overpriced for the quality of what's provided. All-in-all, its a resort which wants to be posh, so it charges posh prices, but fails to deliver posh amenities, while simultaneously making you jump through dumb hoops for the sake of the resort's appearance, like making you wear pants to dinner in the middle of summer at a BEACH RESORT so you can sweat uncomfortably while overpaying for mediocre food.

It's a beautiful hotel if you require total relax. Personnel is very supportive and their help is always very sincere.
