Breakfasts good,,great coffee

Did not stay there.

Arrived at the hotel at 15:00. Hotel locked, no lights on, no one at the hotel. Called the phone number on reservation,no answer. Tried to call at corner bar/fabric store, owner there received no answer. Left after one hour. When I checked my email the next day there was a 9:10 email from the hotel asking for me email address to send me an access code. Since we left the previous hotel, we had no WiFi and since our next access to WiFi was to be Vendome Hotel it was not possible to reply to them. Now they have billed me. We did our part and were at the hotel, they did not do there part and have the hotel open for us. I would like booking.com yo look into this situation and have the hotel refund this money. Very dissatisfied with booking.com offering properties where the hotel's only service is to charge for non-performance due to their actions. If there was a problem, then we should have been notified at least two days before our booking date, not s few hours before. As a foreign traveler, they must know the we only have WiFi access at the hotels. My email number is on your booking form but the hotel dif not seem to have it.

Location great as a stop-over, hosts friendly and interesting, breakfast was good.

We would have liked to have been able to eat there in the evening but it was all booked up - a nice problem for the hosts.

Excellent breakfast on Day One, but staff holidays meant no breakfast would have been available on Day Two.

We would have been the only guests, with no staff on site, so we cancelled after Day One. No problem in getting refund for second day.

Pleased they put in air con unit as was very hot. Close to free car park.

Staff are wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful. We are staying 2 more nights and really happy with everything. All round excellent - no hesitation I’d book again.

Great Hotel, Will definitely use them again. Breakfast was amazing each day. Could not find a fault. Facilities were great, Room size and bathroom was great. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Nice and center in the town, and walking distance to shops, restaurants etc.

Impossible to open the window. considering the heat wave, it was very stuffy in the room. A ventilator was kindly provided, but very noisy.

In the city center of Vendome close to the historical area, the cathedral and the restaurant area. Free car park at proximity. Nice breakfast. Very clean.

I have loved the breakfast very fresh croissant and many choises. The room and bed was very comfortable and clean. Quite place near to the city center.
