Staffs didn't respond the telephone call at all even before 10 pm. Rest was great.

They didn't have water flowing in the tap. We called the manager and he didn't help . So we paid for a night and without water. Their generator was not working yet they still charged u. here is the response from the manager: We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the main water supply of the entire village was down due to a bursted pipe. This is an issue the hotel was not responsible for that’s why we cannot offer you a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding. Regards, Emma Pfeiffer my understanding is that the hotel should have backups.

Staff were very sweet and accommodating. We stayed in the main hotel building and had a beautiful lake view. There are parts of the hotel that could be updated (carpets worn in spots), however it was spotlessly clean throughout. We ate both nights in the restaurant, as we stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Likewise, breakfast was fresh and there was a good selection. The area around the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing with lots of beautiful nature walks, and I would definitely return.
