Der Service war sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß mit einer sehr schönen Dusche. Vom einchecken bis zum auschecken verlief alles problemlos. Das Essen und - wie schon erwähnt - der Service im Restaurant war hervorragend.

The hotel is well maintained. Kudos to the house-keeping team. Breakfast was good but have to go very early otherwise you wouldn’t find a table. The e-charging station worked with Swiss Charge App. Very straight forward.

No laundry bag for dirty clothes. No amenities (shower cap, cotton buds/pads). No lotion. No coffee machine. No kettle. No complimentary coffee or tea or even bottled water. I booked 2 rooms and wanted our rooms to be next to each other or the nearest. I made a remark upon making my booking but very obvious it was overlooked. However, the check-in staff was kind enough to arrange 2 rooms next to each other for us. I received only a reply after checked in. Upon check out, I told and showed the staff that we had consumed 1 pack of chips and 1 pack of waffle from mini bar. We only realised he had wrongly charged us for other item (4.80€ vs 2.50€). Didn’t go back as we were short of time.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, great lounge and bar. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The beds were a bit too soft for our taste.

We first of all enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and we were impressed by the beautiful interior of the place. The spa was very enjoyable too.

The only minor desire I would express is more comfortable shower - a shower cabin is preferable instead of a bath.
