Pool was ok

It was water leaking in one of the rooms .. they took so long to fix it

Restaurant isn’t the greatest

Beautiful oceanview 1 bdm suite with kitchenette. Newly renovated, windows and doors, new appliances, kitchen counters, fresh paint and new bathroom hardware and toilets.

Could have had a little table on the balcony and a second night table for both sides of the bed. Occasionally, there was a little sewer gas coming from the smaller bathroom shower drain. We had tepid warm water, never hot water.

This seemed like a perfect location with it having access right to the Beach and a nice pool. The wait staff was excellent.

We didn't get a great room assigned, First floor right near the entry. We heard everyone going in and out. It also looks like they are in the process of renovating some rooms. They have a kitchenette , but you have to wash your own dishes or they will charge you, which is fine but they give you no towels or soap to do it with.

the property is well located and the pool and beach access are its biggest selling points.

there was construction during our stay, which I wish had been included in the hotel description as we would have chosen different hotel to stay at. the noise was constant during the day, especially in the pool area as the construction was on the first/second floor

Too expensive for a weekend, need to open restaurant for all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great staff and clean rooms

No food or package all inclusive package. No restaurant and rooms quite expensive.

The pool was great, nice lounges, no saving of loungers was nice. Resort is pretty quiet, mostly Mexican families while we were there.

Not the hotels fault but…..we didn’t like that the ocean and beach had a lot of garbage in it and a band would come daily and play their loud instruments via a loud speaker.

Plugged toilets, run down room condition, noisy renovation with no mention when booked.

We only bought breakfast a couple of times. It was reasonable and good. We have stayed at the Hotel 4 times. It is getting run down. But they arr renovating and it's very noisy. Ours and our friends toilets clogged every day for 4 days! The staff is the best ever, and the beach is fabulous. We paid 156 cdn a night for a jr suite and were annoyed when some folks We met paid 120 cdn a night for a 1 bedroom

some renovation activity was disruptive, but unavoidable. kitchen was sparsely equipped, could have used some bowls and pot and pan sizes that could be used simultaneously on the hot plate. The fridge opened against the wall which made it difficult to access.

No wifi in room, no hot water in bathroom sink, room stunk, many guests did not wear masks in elevator, room was old and tired.

Didn't get the room I reserved. Unable to sleep the room was so humid and wet all the time. Bugs everywhere.
