room and bed comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom a good size and shower worked well. a 15 min walk to a main street with cafes etc. surprisingly quiet even though near a highway. close to airport

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was terrific. My single room looked great and functioned pretty well. There was just enough room to move around. The buildings were very nice though small.
The bed was as hard as a rock and the highway outside the window was very loud in the early morning so I didn't get a good night's sleep. Also the teapot still had water in it and an opened sugar packet was left behind by the previous tenant.

Modern look & practical accommodation - just what you need for a short stay nearby Barajas airport. Friendly staff. Very clean, reliable Wi-Fi & good breakfast options.

It is ideal location to be when you have flight the next day from Barajas. Direct public bus is 5 mins walk distance. Facilities are very new, clean, neat.

The room was clean and the staff very kind. The breakfast was ok. We got a free ride from the airport.

No bar at the hotel, small room, initial receptionist did not give much of an explanation.

Perfect location and not far from the airport. Good choice if you have a connecting flight and need to sleep overnight. Friendly staff.
-2 points for not having coffee in the room. Instead they just had plenty of tea.

Very clean. Airport shuttles are included in the price so very helpful.
No dinner on premises so I went without. Arrived at 8 pm and no restaurant or vending machines on the property.

Nice staff
I called 2 days ahead to confirm airport shuttle but when I checked in was told it was full and needed a taxi. Shuttle was main criterion for that hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus from airport was great. Having the (small) pool on the roof was nice to relax after sightseeing all day! Very good value for money.
It is quite far from the city centre but the metro is close to the hotel so it's not a real problem
