Everything - easy to book, friendly and helpful service, really clean rooms with everything we needed, comfortable bed and really secure.

Bathroom floors felt grimy and slippery to walk on, swimming pool was not cleaned and was on my tick list for a holiday. Had to pay twice as I didn’t bring the card I used to make a booking. Still yet to be reimbursed, I showed the card via a photograph for reimbursement as I refused to send them a photograph with all the numbers and security pin for all staff to causally see when ever they wanted. But then had to email my photo ID, a little to much drama for a holiday, but the staff were nice. But would’ve helped if they sent an email prior to checking in. I left my business card at home as I was on holiday. I recommended you show up with the card if you’re booking a group or for your clients.

Spotless, great location, huge rooms, spa bath - BRILLIANT.

My only critique is the bed was a little harder than I like, but I still slept OK.

Location was excellent and fantastic beach so close Takapuna is a fabulous place to visit with the best restaurants .Will definitely stay here again

Slow internet, couldn’t watch a movie on Netflix was a bit annoying.

Room exceptionally clean, quality furniture and beds including linen. Easy access to all amentities onsite. Staff readily available for assistance. Perfect location for my agenda during stay. Pool well placed and secured.

The bond, its not stated clearly that you need too pay a bond. That annoyed us. We werent even given a chance. And it dont look like the pictures at all. Lol.

Tv wifi wasn’t working so limited in use. Staff friendly but could not fix during stay. Not the first time I’ve experienced this here and usually all very good

The room was great. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Great to have a microwave and fridge etc The bed was comfy and room service was great too.

Could feel the two beds had been put together. Receptionist had to come help with spa bath as it kept draining

The hotel is at an ideal location for the centre of Takapuna and the beach. The facilities at the hotel are most excellent. My room was ideal for me with everything, most definitely first-class.

There is limited car parking on site, and on Saturday evening, I was advised to park in the hotel's 10 minute zone overnight.

It was great having a kitchenette in the rooms. Beds were comfy. An added bonus was how close the Carnmore is to the beach & Takapuna.

It would be great to have frosted glass in the bathrooms.

The room was serviced daily and they did a very good job. It is a nice room with everything you need in a hotel at this price.

The gym is not good. Need a key, can't do it before 7.30am, the equipment in there is not good. Not a pleasant room to workout in either.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly and there were no pool towels offered

location was excellent for our visit. the unit was newly fitted out and very nice .

there could have been a longer towel rail as they ask us to keep our towels if we are happy to and reuse them and there is difficulty keeping them dry . otherwise it is very good there.
