Location great, we have stayed at this hotel before and this was why we returned, the room is spotlessly clean and towels , and bedding changed a lot, the staff are friendly and helpful so I these points I would say the hotel is excelent There was always plenty of hot water and the air con worked really well and wasn't noisy.

I shared the room with my daughter and the wardrobe space was very small only four hangers between us and no drawers to put anything in which meant we had to keep everything in the case all week so clothes were skewed up and creased, the chair was too big for the room and took up too much room and the bathroom was cramped. On a personal note although there looked like a lot of choice for breakfast there was no breakfast rolls and the bread had been sliced too early and was dry and very hard crust which I don't like so I didn't enjoy the breakfast.

they didn’t provide any information regarding parking… i read some of questions before booking their room about the parking where they mentioned that they have connection with private parking which offer 10 euro per day… but when we reached they refused to give any information about parking

hairdryer needs updating it was almost impossible to squeeze & hold power on especially because I have a handicap .

The location for sure. The hotel is located right in the city center, one minute walking from the Promenade des Anglais, and less than ten minutes walking from the Old City of Nice. Around the hotel are plenty of restaurant, bistrot, shops, brasserie…

Unfortunately the room didn’t look like the one we saw in the pictures while reserving it. The furniture is quite old, there are no sockets near the bedroom, and our view was on the cloister, with no natural light and a very bad ventilation. The air conditioning was noisy and the bathroom didn’t have the presents that you’re expecting when booking a 140€ room per night.

Great location - very near the sea front and close to many restaurants. Staff are friendly and obliging.Very clean. Fridge in room.,

Its location is a blessing and a disadvantage. You need to keep the windows shut to cut out the noise from the restaurants but when the aircon isn’t working this makes the room hot! Also breakfast is over priced - cheaper to go to local cafes. No tea/coffee making facilities and not all rooms have shower - some have baths - perhaps ask guests their preferences? That said, the staff were very helpful and changed our room for one with a shower.
