staff on duty 24 hrs. spacious room. big car park. Sizzlin’ pub next door handy for dinner.
No breakfast available. Just snack food.

This hotel was value for money.
Everything was alright - however it was classed as 4*. but it certainly wasn't.
I would have been very disappointed if that was what I expected.
I checked out its website before booking, and got what I expected - I would rate it at 2*+.
Not disappointed though as I( thought it was value for money - as expected!

LOUD TRAFFIC, no chance getting back to sleep at 5am.

The room was clean and comfortable and very good value for money

Hotel was cheap.
Staff just stood about at reception, i was stood waiting and they were just chatting amongst themselves. Hotel was smelly, room was dirty. Rubbish left in the bin, sanitary towels in the bathroom. Not great.

car park not very well lit. on checking in told wrong room number but the key we were given for our room opened another room. not very secure

Room was lovely. staff very welcoming. Beds were really comfortable. Would recommend and will be booking to stay again.
Only problem we had was with the shower. It didn't get very hot then mid shampooing hair water cut off completely. Had to use little bathroom cup and bath tap to finish.

good parking facilities and staff were friendly
shower trickled out so had to wash hair over sink. bath panel hanging off and holes in the duvet cover. sink was all cracked but still serviceable.

Spacious room. Handy location. Small fridge would have been nice as no breakfast on site

Comfortable bed friendly staff
Two times in a row me and my partner have been kept up all night with noise coming from the rooms next to us. Partying and arguing or kids running around the corridors at 2 and 3 in the morning, people partying with loud music ect at 4 and 5 in the morning. Had to ask staff to tell people to be quiet on many occasions.
