Communication was great! Fast easy check in.
Cosmetically could do with a few tweaks, eg screwing fixtures more securely, towel rail, bathroom vanity door, light switch loose.
Bed and pillow’s were firm, but that’s minimal.
Not sure if there was a “What to do in Dunedin” supposed to be in room, as it’s all online, but a wee few recommendations would have been helpful.

Expected the room to be noisy as it was near the main road, but it was very quiet.
A charger for electric cars would be really good.

Friendly manager and staff. Clean and comfortable room, with heating turned on prior to our arrival on a cold day.

Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet. Very handy to beach and eateries plus right across the road from supermarket and service station

Perfect location! We were surprised at how quiet this location was given that the city is a stones throw away.
The hosts were fantastic immediately putting me onto the St Clairs Beach sunrise which is an absolute must!

Location and unit was clean
Inconsiderate occupants of neighbouring unit having a smoke and a talk right beside our door with music, around midnight.

The boss is very nice, he recommends places we can go to, and we can also borrow DVDs to watch movies in the room, but there is also netflix to watch

Great quiet room that had all the things that a single traveller needed. Close access to a number of diff food item eg Takeaways or Resturants and of course also close to Edgar centre for my sons sporting tournament
