Perfect, good people 👌

Extremely friendly and very well situated right in the middle of Cap d'Ail. Very convenient for the bus to Monaco or Nice and clean, comfortable and they look after you well. Much, much cheaper than staying in Monaco / Monte Carlo.

Nothing much. It is small and family run and certainly not luxurious, but ticks all the right boxes

The staff was super nice and helpful. Location is brilliant, only 1/2 hour walk to Monaco, the bus stop for bus 100 just a few mtr up the road and also train station nearby. We had a few brilliant days and will consider to come back again.

We had a car and car parking was a bit tricky and expensive.

A carefully curated boutique French welcome to the coast and an authentic and lovely location by the coast. great breakfast lovely sunlit room overlooking the neighbourhood towards the coast and a great shared garden terrace.

Extremely well received and well looked after by exceptionally friendly staff. Great breakfast with a choice of sun-drenched terrace with ocean views or shady courtyard.

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location for the beach and easy travelling distance to Monaco centre.

Parking around the area was not easy or cheap if staying for more than a couple of days. The local authorities should look at providing more Parking for cars.

Location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and neat. Interior was fresh and good.

wonderful location - just on the way into the beautiful town with only a 15 min walk down to the beach. we paid for a room with a view and what a view we had - stunning to see the French Riviera!! hotel is traditional and homely. clean and comfortable. the owner was lovely and very helpful in getting us on the road again after our stay.

only minor challenge was the car parking - of lack thereof. there are only two spaces at the property so we needed to wait for public parking to become available in the narrow streets around the hotel.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The room was comfortable, with modern facilities and air conditioning.

The Hotel is as near the beach as any other Hotel in Cap d'Ail.

Recommended. Very good located. Hotel has good energy and charm. Co-owner Joe very friendly. Fast communication via the Booking.com app. We would stay here again. Fantastic to wake up hearing the 'cigales'.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes. The room got very hot during the night. Limited parking.

What a great location - 10 minute walk from a train that takes you up and down the entire French Coast and 18 minute walk to a great beach (Plage Mala).

There are only 3 parking spots on site to be shared by all guests in the hotel. There's a parking lot up the street however that offers free overnight parking.

The position close to Èze and Montecarlo.

The bathroom in our room was not sufficiently isoleted from the rest of the room. Not sufficient privacy.

The single room and bathroom was extremely tiny. When I booked online the booking said the price included breakfast, but when I arrived at the Hotel I was told that breakfast was an additional €15.

Very clean. Small but impeccable room and modern bathroom. Great view.

This place is advertised as having a parking, but what it doesn't say is that there are only two tiny little spaces for the whole hotel in the narrow uphill alley leading to the hotel.
