我第一次在阿拉木图的这个酒店，他们有专门有中文服务，餐厅里的饭也很好吃，也有中餐和西餐，和我胃口，服务也很到位，环境也好，也是市中心，总之很满意！

Hot water issue, had to change the room. Bathroom and sinks not cleaned properly.

Rooms with good view across the city or towards the mountains. In general clean and friendly service.

Bath room installations where not well mounted. Breakfast had only instant coffee.

Filthy rooms, inconsistent housekeeping, lack of water bottle supply, shower temp all over the place, dirty towels, no airconditioning, entire hotel filled with obnoxious Indians loudly walking through the hallway late at night, leaving all their doors open with sometimes up to 8 people in 1 room. Ramshackled and outdated looking rooms, terrible reception service. One of the worst hotels I've ever been. Didn't even dare to look what breakfast was like. Stay away

not clean probably the phone was not working I paid more than the price and they didn't give me back my money and also when I ordered something they didn't bring was a bad experience

Stone table, stone floor in the lift, stone sink, stone everywhere.

Very cold. Heater not able to heat over 19 Celsius. Cold air blowing even through sockets in the wall...
