When we arrived to apartment I call the owner and she told me that even I've had reservation my reserved apartment is already occupied. I was pissed but okay, at least she settle for us another apartment of her neighbor. But still, how could be my reserved apartment occupied? I'm really pissed, never coming back again!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there in May but the weather was really cold, anyhow it wasn't a problem for her to come over (she didn't live in the house) and turn the heating on. The amenities were nice, unfortunately we didn't get to use the ones outside because of the weather.

Could have been a bit cleaner in the less accessible areas of the apartment, eg under beds ;-)
