Large, well appointed rooms - we had a family suite to ourselves.
Location - very hard to access and no services within easy walking distance because the train line runs all through the length of Ashburton with very few crossings.

A lovely unit. Spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. Also great service from the young lady in the office.
The entrance could have been swept clean of leaves.

Warm (heat pump), roomy, comfortable, quiet, good equipment (hair drier, toaster, jug, microwave, etc. , convenient for walking to town and supermarket, good laundry, staff very helpful.
Paint could be refreshed.
