The location could not have been better, it was just about 5 mins walk from the Sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable, and warm. We didn't go to the resturant for breakfast, but had breakfast down in the snack bar.

We went to the resturant once for dinner and was disappointed with the food. I got the steak and it was nearly all fat, and the food was not hot.

It was a bit old and needed some refurbishment in some areas, but considering the purpose of the visit it was acceptable

Loved that it was so close to the Basilica, just about 5 minutes walk. The mini cafeteria at the hotel is open 24x7 even after midnight, so it is very convenient. Very friendly staff. Smooth checkin/checkout process.

This is an absolutely great location. The view from our room was spectacular with a view of the river, mountains, and Basilica. The location is great at river level with easy walk to the Basilica and the homesites of Bernadette. You are in the heart of everything, so of course there are many options for restaurants and shopping. There was secure parking on site for a fee. You are going to want to park and walk during your stay. There was a very good breakfast for a fee. Our family will look to stay here again if we are blessed to return to Lourdes again.

Location is very convenient to the cathedral. Room with a view of the river and cathedral. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choices.

We loved everything! The location was fantastic - right outside the entrance to the complex - and we had a room with a view over the basilica, just like the advert pictures! I enjoyed the view so much, I sat in the window under a couple of the spare blankets and watched the snow capped mountains disappear into the darkness while I listened to the river outside and heard the people returning from a late service. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now I've found this hotel. The kids (8&9) loved the breakfast and the view too and the closeness to the complex made it easy to pop there and back as needed.

The only thing I would say is that the staff at breakfast were unfriendly and clearly keen to tidy up. We arrived towards the end of the breakfast period but not at the end and I felt rushed, which was a shame.

The location is ideal, and the view from the window was amazing. the room was spacious enough and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Check out is at 10:00am - a little bit too early when travelling with a baby.

No WIFI in the room Very small bed - I booked a single room, so didn't expect a king size, but this bed was only suitable for a small child (I'm 6 foot, and feet were hanging out the bed).

Excellent location!! A 15 min walk from train station or 5min taxi ride. <5 min walk to the front entrance of the Sanctuary. Better Restaurants are about 10-15min walk away and can easily take the L5 around town. Staff is friendly and try to be helpful. Breakfast for 6€/pp is buffet, with limited selection, but still convenient. (Fresh-baked Pain au chocolate, croissants, milk, OJ, yogurts, ham, cheese, cereal, coffee) Got the 4 bed room + crib and easily fit our family of 5. The 2 bathrooms were a great bonus!! Ans the view was great from our hotel. Thank you for having us and giving us a wonderful room’ (#317)

Curtains fell down completely when we were trying to open the curtains and take in the view. Fell and almost hit our 2 year old. They need to better secure the rods. The placement of the fixture didn’t make sense. The water is VERY HOT so be careful!
