They helped me with a local cab (who only took advantage of me!) when I couldn't stay at the property because it was not clean enough.

The room wasn't clean. Their standard of clean is very basic. (They don't even use a vacuum for dust.) The cleaners don't do a high standard job and they only give you towels and clean sheets. When I pointed to the hair and dust, they said it was mine. Avoid - unless you like unclean. They won't improve their standard. They'll blame you, and won't take responsibility for it so don't expect they will change. No desire to keep you happy. I did not stay one night. It ruined my holiday.

Very relaxing and quiat area , but very close to the city center , less than 5min by car, beautiful garden , and very clean and large swimming pool. The apartment spacious , clean.

The grounds and gardens are lovely. Nice pool, friendly cats and kittens. Walkable to grocery store.

Not a drop of shampoo, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc. Basics. There was a couple of bars of soap. Skillet was not fit for use. Beds were very firm, flat pillows, no extras.

The location was okay. We rented a car.

All the rest. It was not clean, there was dust on the walls, spider webs, ants in every room. The showerpressure was low and our nightlights were broken. The bedding was super small. I am 1.60 but it didnt reach from my head to toe. The beds are super hard, we all have backpains after staying here.

Staff is very friendly. The pool is nice and clean.

What I like was the fully equipped apartment. The apartment was also very clean. They provided everything needed.

Maybe the kitchen. It wasn't the newest, but it was fully equipped.

Remote location, airco not efficient, kitchen ill equipped, shower very small, toilet in bad state.
