Close to Piata Sfatului (5-7min walk) and nice restaurants/pubs nearby. The room was neat, tidy, nice view of Tampa and Brasov sign. Bathroom was spacious, clean, equipped with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, well mannered. Breakfast had a good selection of food, more suited for carnivores, but also some vegetarian /vegetable options. Coffee, water and tea were also included. The area is quiet and location easy to reach from the train station by foot (20-25min). Perfect for relaxation but also close to the main attractions of the city.

That's my wife home town. She had to come down to settle some property issues with her physically handicapped sister. The hotel is located a few minutes away from the centre. The breakfast is typish Romanian buffet style, very delicious and everybody can find something to eat. My wife was very happy with the room, was very clean and tidy, pleasant personnel as well. My wife with her sister reached after midnight at about 12.15am and there was a lady waiting for their arrival. I cannot ask for more but just want to say thank you and would strongly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and the room was huge.

No lift, so had to carry the heavy suitcase up the stairs.

The host was really nice and friendly. Room and bathroom are large and the wooden furniture is very nice.

The restaurant (only for breakfast) and the halls are quite darker, a little more light would highlight the wood decorations.

We loved everything, from the kind and helpful staff to the beautiful building, the quiet yet relatively close to the old centre location, the large comfortable bed and rich breakfast with homemade products.

Really don't get the high rating for this hotel - average at best. Fair walk from the centre - 17 minutes. Room was large but very basic - thin plastic toilet seat which wouldn't stay up and a cleaner who didn't take away used beer glass after using e mini bar.

Location: in the heart of the so-called old town, that is away from the crowds on the pedestranized streets or the ones close to the waterfront. Interesting architetcture and an opportunity to immerse yourselves into the local flair.

Note: this is not a complaint but a simple description of what we have found. Also, I wish to make clear that it is my entire responsability of NOT having properly checked the type of accommodation at this place and booked it rather rushed and inattentive. While the setup of the facility is tolerably improvised, I am making aware the ones booking the one-bedroom apartment they should be aware the two rooms equipped for sleeping are: the main bedroom, a mere 6-square meter affair which can be claustrophobic. Secondly, the bed matress is of a lesser quality, meaning that with two people on the bed, it becomes concave -- that is incurbate, similar to a bathtub, hence very uncomfortable. The other room, similar in terms of size, has a pull-out sofa; was left to us to pull out which we never managed to do. The bathroom is all right however the shower head was worn out and did not work right, plus there is no little shelf / rack where to place the shampoo / shower gel. My suggestion is to check ALL the pictures of each available unit before making a decision. I also suggest the owners to indicate the size of each of the bedrooms rather than offer the "total size per apartment".

Good acomodation, friendly stuff, tasty and good breakfast and close to the old city. Bistro AHA is highly recommended place to have dinner and spent some time

Absolutely everything, with one exception

The matress on the bed was a disaster, it made my sleep a nightmare. If they could pay attention to this detail, it would have been a full 10 grade award for the hotel.

Close to the historic center of Brasov it has a very careful designed vintage look. Very clean, spacious bathroom very neat. Comfy mattress and also lingerie on the bed. Very quiet area away from the main boulevard. Well enough diversified breakfast, you can not taste all the displayed courses in just one day stay, unless you have a shark stomach, or you do not care about it. A special thank you to the personnel, very helpfull and kind.

In the general vintage aspect the mini bar fridge a bit to old, is huffing and puffing and coughing, a bit annoying in the morning, :))
