Fabulous location. Beautiful views. Spacious. Bbq.wifi. the view again.

I couldn't find a dryer or clothes airer. But everything else was super.

Location was great, staff friendly, room tidy

Room was a poor layout and very stuffy as our bedroom window looked over Stairs which were lit up all night and if you opened the window you wouldnt get fresh air because it opened into the stairwell..weird design and neither of us slept well. Also the policy to wash and put away dishes just meant that the mugs in the cupboard has someone elses coffee dregs dripped down the side. Cleaner should be checking this.

The bay was pretty and looked ok for swimming in the right weather. Pub people were friendly 🙂

We arrived at about 7:30pm and by the time we’d taken luggage in and got settled it was 7:50PM.. Food options were rapidly closing despite there being a large number of hungry tourists wandering the streets. The main option was queuing at the takeaway section of the local petrol station. Needs to be some food option for those arriving later.

they didn’t clean out the fridge/freezer from the last occupants and there were some dirty dishes in cupboards/drawers (not washed properly), bath/shower needs a curtain or glass panel to stop flooding the floor when you have a shower, mirror in bedroom in wrong place, needs to be on wall near window. no tv in bedroom but socket there to accommodate.

Great stay and staff were very friendly. We can a small hiccup with the heating but staff were so quick to resolve the problem and went out of their way to help us. Great location! Would definitely recommend

Seafoam Villas has a variety of accommodation. styles Seafoam Villas is right in the town so everything is accessible including the bay I liked that my villa unit had the bay view I liked that on the TV you could also access SBS The unit though basic, was very clean I liked that I was able to park outside my villa unit door making easy access loading and unloading from car to unit

I did not like that there was no instructions on how to use the induction cooktop. I found the Samsung microwave was not that easy to use.

I reach out to request a late check out, there was no reply on that whatsoever. I didn’t pay for a crazy amount money for my stay, but $200 a night I think I deserve an answer on a such simple question.

First floor through someone garage. Very thin wall, can hear next door toilet flushing. Room overlooking carpark and rubbish bins. Ask for different room, of course extra one hundred dollars more.

Great location, comfortable bed, walk to all restaurants and across from the sea.

A bit dated.

Property is in the Main Street and close to the beach, pier & shops. Large apartment with separate bedroom. Large TV and balcony. Excellent shower. Everything was in walking distance.

Had to use stairs to the room. Stairs were beside the bedroom window and when people were going in out were very noisy. Was woken up both mornings. Not allowed to park in the complex & had to park on the street.

Great location with awesome views and close to everything. Staff member was so lovely even giving recommendations for dinner etc.

Bathroom shower was a bit iffy with paint peeling all along the bottom and didn’t look too clean. Also there was a vacuum inside of a drawer in the kitchen which was odd. Otherwise brilliant!

Location was great, so close to the water and just a short walk to the Main Street restaurants and shops. Room was very spacious and loved that it was double story. The aircon/heater was great as it caters for all times of the year, we used it to dry our coats off. We found it was also really quiet, in terms of the fact that we didn’t hear any traffic or tourists late at night. Really great that there was an individual car park for the car right downstairs meaning we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. We also loved that there was a lock to get into the front foyer section and then another lock to get into the room door, extra security that is somewhat necessary these days.. although in saying that we didn’t feel unsafe in the area, we just liked the extra security.

Overall it was a good room, but it wasn’t fantastic for the price, so we are kind of questioning the value for money for a few reasons (considering we didn’t have a water balcony view). In the rooms, sections of the blinds on the end were missing, which meant that all of the light was not blocked out from the car park and so it was a little bright to try and get to sleep. The mattresses we didn’t find comfy, the downstairs mattress being the worst. My mum could feel the springs of the bed and she found she didn’t have the best sleep because of that. One of the wardrobe sliding doors didn’t open, not a huge deal as we only stayed for a night so didn’t put clothes away, but still little things we feel shouldn’t have occurred due to the price paid. Only other thing was that the outside balcony areas were a little dirty with old bird poo, however we know it’s hard to manage that, but maybe a clean of the furniture every now and then might help with the outside cleanliness.

The location was ideal for going to the 12 Apostles and its other lookout points. The room we had looked out onto the bay and had decking with a table and chairs to sit on while having a glass of wine watching the sunset. The bedroom had a super king size bed and was very comfortable. Amenities supplied in the kitchen were plentiful but we didn’t use them as we went out for dinner. We would certainly recommend to friends and family to stay at Seafoam Villas if going to Apollo Bay.
