Location

Things have really deteriorated here over the years. Simple things. No hand towels in the bathroom, no „do not disturb“ sign in the room. Seemed the most important thing at check in was what we might use from the minibar. Disappointed. I will seek alternative Arrangements for my next stay in Würzburg.

The hotel had better days, some renovation would lift the hotel.

Everything was great. The room was very comfortable, comfortable bed, great breakfast, along with a fantastic location in the middle of Wurzburg.

The location is so incredibly central - right next to the Christmas Market. Perfect for our long weekend stay with friends

One minor gripe: this hotel no longer serves percolator coffee. Now from a fully automated machine. this meant there was a long queue at breakfast

Incredible place, beautiful, comfortable, clean, and centric. Had an amazing view from my room to the christmas market near a church. So beautiful. I was in other hoteles in Wurzburg during my stay, but this was my favorite without a dbout!

Very centrally located basic hotel with decent room size for singles rooms. Clean and well run, but nothing special.

Heating was quite low so the room was a bit cold for winter.

Fantastic location just off the Marktplatz. Convenient to everything downtown. Room was basic, clean, had plenty of towels. The buffet breakfast that was included in the price was FANTASTIC! Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Had an elevator which was nice with big rolling luggage. Looks like they have AC in the rooms. This will be very welcome in the summer.

The shower needed a VERY deep clean. Black mold visible. For the price, I expected the bathroom to be cleaner. Heard a lot of noise from other floors of the hotel. I emailed twice asking what the valet parking price was and never had a response. I ended up parking at the Marktplatz garage for 3 nights=70Euro.

Although the location is outstanding, this hotel is wildly overpriced.

This property double-charged me, and I have spent hours on the phone and emails trying to resolve this situation. They are completely unresponsive to emails, and they have gone from not answering my calls to even hanging up on me. The property is outrageously overpriced and needs an update. The breakfast buffet provides only the basics, and the dining room was overcrowded and unappetizing.
