Rooms were smaller than expected. Staff was not very helpful. Not that clean room. Not value for Money.

1. Very limited options.......They should add more bakery products and breakfast options. 2. I had an early morning flight, so i made a request to pack my breakfast the next morning. But the serving staff initially refused to pack and said they don't have instructions and also don't have packaging to pack. After some debate, they packed Omelet in foil. This shows non-professionalism on part of hotel management and a lack of communication among staff.

The hotel has degraded in 1 year. my stay in 2022 was much better than in 2023.
