The location, the entire site, the landscape, the interior design and especially the breathtaking view.
The smell of the mold is very strong in one of the bedroom, near garage. The smell comes through the door of a closed room , near the bed.

Views were amazing & layout of the house was perfect for our family.

great view and plenty of space
the bedrooms are all getting old and musty- One room had even 100s of ants in the bed. this is not acceptable
