Great location! Good access to all the major attractions in this part of Bangalore
My stay was marred by incessant noise in the afternoon because of repairs in the opposite room.

They should keep the bags after checkout in a separate room and not next to the reception. Not good for luggage security, appearance, or working of the reception staff

Cleanliness of the room.
Size of the room and specially the bathroom was very small for the amount we pay. Cost of food if you eat in the hotel is exorbitant.

The restroom was a readymade cabin which was fixed in the room so it was a little cramped

When I reached at night 11.30 PM.. they said room is not ready... Waited 30 minute .. room was not cleen ,used linen ......horrible

Breakfast spread was not so good..can be better.
No night lamp in my room, so I had to keep one of the bed lamp on for the entire night, which was not very comfortable to sleep with.

As a solo traveler for work I like to stay in hotels that have restaurants and serve meals, for convenience. Ibis has a dinner buffet which was nice. In the morning at the breakfast buffet I was always greeted with a very nice smile by Pinky one of the staff members, she was super helpful and kind.
Continental breakfast was not that great nor varied enough when compared to hotels of this price range. I ate the same omelet on toast for 7 days. The restaurant of the hotel was extremely expensive! for a hotel of the range. Though the food was good, I still felt both food and drinks were completely overpriced, which is a bad feeling. Finally the bed was very comfortable and the room clean except for a sink leak in my room's bathroom that was rather annoying.

There is no atm in the hotel. you can not open the window in yr room. a little bit old for Ibis hotels but it’s ok)
