Im Vergleich zu gleich teuren Hotel um die Ecke ist dieses richtig gut gewartet und auf altuellem Stand!

Location. The price was good. The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The manager, Mr. Sayuki, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Kitchen staff was wonderful and cooperative. Very good breakfasts.
The power outages and very erratic WIFI in the western end of the building, where our room was located

Good location in the middle of Arusha. The hotel manager was a great and friendly mister, we loved him.

Great staff, excellent location, good meals, good water pressure, free luggage storage for safari/hiking etc.
Rooms facing the main road do get a bit of traffic/street noise. Have stayed twice and the hot water wasn’t exactly hot either visit. Only just warm enough.

Near to the market and main road. Clean Breakfast was unusual to me as a European. Room clean. Coffee and water provided. Toothbrush and soap. Friendly staff.

Taxes are not included in the booking.com price. It would be nice to integrate them in the price, but it was mentioned in the booking process. I didn't recognize...

Staff was good. The location was also good.
Some maintenance issues. Less supplies in the room always have to call and ask for hot water before going for a bath else its cold. Otherwise its alright.

The location was great. The staff was the best. Super friendly. Alsof a lot of breakfast choices and a good room.
The location is very central in the city so it is a little bit scary to go outside in the evening when it is dark

Nice small hotel in the middle of the Town. Manager is very friendly and helpfull. Reception also very helpfull. Restaurant was very good. Try ugali.
If you Start your Safari in Arusha. Take this hotel.
If you want to dicover the City, ask for Brain.
Maybe, it is a little bit loud. Hey you are in the City Center.

Really nice room, with everything we needed.
Clean room and hotel overall.
Close to the center of Arusha, near the market and the train station (we went to Dar with the train).
Windows are single glass, with strong winds there was a strong whistling sound, and some noise from traffic outside but hey, you are in Tanzania... 😅

Decent breakfast and central location. Room had nice cold AC, TV, Comfy bed and powerful shower with hot water.
Toilet blocked easily that’s all.

It is not a good Value for money also the place in the town was away from the tourisim center , in a crowd local place in Arusha but near somehow from a big supermarket

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was fantastic!!! So fresh and delicious.
