Calm place with English speaking staff and lovely pool. Good size room with efficient aircon (necessary this time of year). Good to be able to get light meals on site.

the property is well maintained, comfortable and quiet. the staff were friendly and the proprietor, Trevor made sure we had all our bookings for tours organized and had great recommendations.
it’s not walking distance from downtown (especially on a hot day) but the quiet neighborhood is quite nice.

We liked absolutely everything about this place. Trevor and staff are such great hosts, always asking us how our day has been and on hand to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious to say the least. 2 bedrooms and a massive lounge, en suite in the master bedroom as well as a bathroom. The kids swapped beds as the lounge had 2 sofa beds and I mean they are bed size. Air con worked perfectly and there's also a fan in each room too. Can't say we've stayed in much better accommodation than this. The tranquility of the pool area was sublime, enough sunbeds and loungers for everyone....no getting up early to put the towels on! The pool was big enough and the kids could play safely in the shallow end with no worries. Plenty of options at breakfast and even a cheeky bacon and egg sandwich with HP sauce! Great choice of drinks as well. There were super friendly like minded travellers from Australia and beyond always happy to chat to you. We were sad to leave to leave but what an introduction to Cambodia and Siem Reap. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, if you're ever in Siem Reap, stay here. Thanks again Trevor and if we ever come back to Siem Reap we will stay with you again.

We loved everything about it. Great quiet location, great pool, great grounds, great generous living space and family friendly. Trevor is a fantastic, kind and knowledgeable host.
There is nothing we didn't like about it and we will stay there again whenever we next visit Siem Reap.

Very comfortable place, away from busy roads and surrounded by some nice trees, frogs and birds in the enclosed yard. The rokms are very spacious, very clean and the breakfast is good.

Very peaceful and beautiful place, I'd great nights of sound sleep there as it's very quiet. 15 min walk or 5 min tuc tuc ride to all shops and ammenities. Hosts Trevor and Sreymao are kind and made me feel at home. They know a lot about the city and are always willing to help. The place is very clean, spacious and well maintained even though tourism during Covid and until now has not yet pick up! They just love the place and hospitality. Whenever I come back to Siem Reap, I'm staying in Eureka Villas. I highly recommend it!

I liked the location was central to everything in Siem reap. The hotel owner and staff went out of there way to make my stay a very enjoyable experience. The pool is very inviting clean and refreshing after a hot day out. The bar is great to just hang out and have a meal and a beer

Payment by card accepted on the website and booking but we are told cash only once there...
We also had the feeling that prices were set up according to the guest or the manager mood. For instance, price for the temples tour started at 25$ per person with a tuk tuk so 75$ for 3 persons. When we explained our surprise to such expensive prices, it went down to 22$ for the whole group.
Aircon was not working properly and the fridge smelt terrible.
