Location and workers at Island Club were great, house 98 needs a lot of love unfortunately. No screens on any windows or the rear sliding door. Rear sliding door was also broken and had to stay secured the whole stay or we would have hundreds of additional visitors in the house. Many repairs needed from trim work, to exterior stairs and railings, def not very safe for any visitors. Dirty dishes, no rails to keep anything in refrigerator door, I would def never stay in this house again. We had a great vacation and made the best of our time there, but will not stay in 98 again. Thanks island club for the great service your employees provided for us!

The cabin itself is very big and the location is perfect. With that being said, the cabin is not very clean and items inside aren't in great working order. TV is crooked and not sturdy, the ceiling fan (we fixed) had blades loose and dangling, the A/C didn't work upon arrival, floors and furniture are filthy, bed frame folds in on itself and the sky light in the bathroom leaks. Shower needed to be cleaned before we could use it. For the price you pay to stay here - I would expect the location to be alot cleaner.

The property was fine for the time we stayed there. Very spacious. My only issue was we never received our propane tank and we placed several calls that started early in the morning and ended late that night. I was told it would be dropped off in an hour, then I was told my apologies I will put in a ticket and have that taken care of, then I was told yet again, I apologize but the office is now closed so I can put in a ticket for you to receive it the next day. Still never got it and never received a call from anyone explaining what the issue was.

The condo is somehow an old one with some door frame broken and slide door can’t be locked. Overall cleanness condition is acceptable but we found a mouse during our stay and many bugs coming from the sink or tub area. The main thing that I can’t accept is the window treatment for bedrooms are actually not a curtain which gives no privacy. People can see through from outside. Besides the above, the rest is good overall.

Great spot on the island
Group of 8 of us stayed here for a Bachelorette weekend. House was very conveniently located. Had room for us to park golf carts. Pool avaliable for us to use and friendly staff both in the office and on the taxi. Would definitely spend another long weekend here.

Overall, great place in which to stay abs enjoy the island! Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of our cabin. Window sills were full of dead bugs, bathroom skylight must have had a leak at some point, the area around it had mold growing, we couldn’t open our back patio door to the deck as it was screwed shut, windows missing screens and it would have been nice to open at night for a breeze. We would still probably book again but for 800.00 a night I guess we expected a bit more, especially when it was stated so much about how to leave it so clean when we left!

I struggled to give the overall rating as the house was not the cleanest I have stayed at. There is mold in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was dirty and we found a fingernail in the bedroom. BUT, the rental company was very responsive as our wi-fi was not working and they were there for awhile trying to fix it. As it turned out it was a spectrum problem and nothing could be done until after the weekend. Renting a golf cart for the weekend was really easy and convenient from Island Rentals. The house has the basics needed but just the basics. Overall we had a good time on the Island.

Couples Get Together

The refrigerator took about a day to catch up and keep our items cold enough. There was loud music playing at all hours which was disappointing given the rules of the property. Toilet paper and paper towels were delivered after we asked when first arriving. When we requested these same items again, we called several times and did not receive them. The fridge was warm and it was hours before it was fixed. When removing the linens Sunday before leaving, I noticed stains on the comforter which resembled blood stains. Not only am I appalled at how unclean the experience is, but I am a nurse and know very well how disgusting that is and how blood borne pathogens can spread disease.

The property description was NOT accurate! This property #98 was disgusting. Ammenities were equivalent to less than a Motel 6. No iron, no washing supplies, disgusting furniture. The property had not been cleaned appropriately (pictures to follow). Extremely disappointed!!!! I would NEVER recommend this property to ANYONE! I am reluctant to even give this property 1 star.

This was my second time staying at an Island Club house. This house is perfect for a bachelorette group who needs a "home base" to do gifts, snacks, and get ready before a night out on the town! The houses are cozy, clean, and I would stay here again.

It was a very fun weekend! Put in bay is the perfect place for a party weekend. I will say that I was not impressed with the cabin. It was very outdated and falling a part. The carpet is stain covered and sinking in in several spots. The couch on one end was literally broken and falling off from itself. The dishwasher did not work at all. When we arrived there was a weird green goo in it that I had to wipe out: for the amount of money they charge; they should be able to pay for basic updates and upkeep. I think that since it is typically a party area, they don’t think they need to. I will return to PIB, but not this cabin.

Property was very nice other than the carpet had some stains and the reclining couch did not recline. Management started that the carpet and furniture was in much better shape before the "Christmas in July" crowd got a hold of it. Overall,it was very nice and we had a great time. I will definitely be back.

Every year my group of girls spend Sunday through Friday at the Bay. We absolutely love the Island and everything it has to offer. In the past, we have always stayed at house 104 which we all love. However, due to a scheduling conflict we could not reserve house 104 and were placed in house 98 instead. NEVER again! The house which I’m told is privately owned was filthy and mice infested. The owners left a written plaque with a brief history of what the home has meant to them and their family and the hopes that their visitors enjoy it as much as they have. While they encouraged their visitors to provide feedback and suggestions to them directly, they left no contact number or info.

We enjoyed our three days at Put In Bay. Our gulf cart worked wonderfully and was a great way to enjoy the island. We especially loved shopping on the island. We traveled all over the island and enjoyed the awesome sunset each evening. Our rental home was amazing. Lots of room for our comfort. We look forward to our return visit next year.

Very nice. quiet place. fairly clean. washing machine water hooked up backwards, hot water comes from the blue valve and is hooked up to the cold intake hose on the machine, and vice-versa.
