I give a score of 10 for the parking space, which is mandatory in Ulcinj, the streets are very narrow and it is quite difficult to drive, and for the location, which is the apartment located in a very quiet area, close to the fortress and a beautiful beach. The cat simply charmed us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a very pleasant experience here. We travel a lot, but this is the only place where we had to sweep and wash on the floor, it was dirty. The host was very rude to us, in the reservation there are 2 bathrooms, when we asked of the second bathroom, he simply informed us that we can leave. It is more than unpleasant after a long and difficult journey to be told to leave and look for accommodation elsewhere in the peak of the season, I couldn't find another accommodation so we didn't really have a choice to stay. There are many informations in the presentation that are not clear, for example, the little kitchen and the dining area are practically in a shared space in the hallway with other tourists. There are also dangerous improvisations, for example the light bulb in the bathroom that is simply left free, only isolated without a lampshade. With small details, many things could certainly be improved.

The host is very kind and helpful. The location of the flat is great, just a short walk from the old town and with an amazing view of the fortress (especially at night). There was a spacious car park. A lovely, vigorous kitten visited us every day and stole our hearts just like Montenegro did :)

The panorama is fantastic! Breathtaking! The place is up a narrow street (if you have a large car is not for you, like most of Ulcinj actually). There is private parking tho. The room was cute, tiny, with kitchenette and romantic balcony. Bonus: The owners fantastic kitten which made our stay beautiful!

The place has few unrefined parts but nothing bad or malfunctioning. Most of the town is for fit people only and for great precision drivers.

A little hard to reach (if you enjoy hiking it’s great)

We had a very nice view over the blue sea and a nice little balcony. The room was very spacious and clean, the owners friendly, even though their English was very basic but we still managed to communicate. We needed to get a very early bus on the morning that we left and they offered to call a taxi for us at 6:30am, which was super helpful! Although it is a rather steep walk up the hill to get there, it really is only 10-15 minutes away from the old town and from Liman beach, and away from the nightlife noise so perfect for a quiet night of sleep.

The texture of the sheets was a bit rough, but I used my liner and that solved it.

Montenegro is all about mountains. Ulcinj is very steeply. The route to the accommodation is very tricky) only for healthy tourists with no walking-up-the-hills difficulty;)

The water drain in the shower was blocked, so that there was flood in the bathroom every time we have taken a shower.It seemd to be a bigger issue, so I didn't reported it to the owners because I didn't want to have any visit of a technician in the room during our short stay. Additionally the water was already there during the check-in so I guess the owner was aware of the issue.
