Espaço agradável, com um staff prestável e com um sorriso nos lábios. Um aroma envolvente recebia-nos sempre que entrávamos no hotel. Autocarro para o aeroporto, mesmo à porta e o mercado Namdaemun logo do outro lado da rua

Cama dura e quase no chão, mas de acordo com os padrões locais. Pequeno-almoço pouco diversificado e caro para o que foi oferecido

Frukost: bra variation, mycket att välja mellan, både inhemskt och västerländsk. Matsalen var mycket rymlig men ljudmiljön var sämre, alla ljud ekade i det stora kala utrymmet.

Very hot in the rooms, we couldn’t adjust the heat level was too high and it was warm out for December. Grateful the Windows cracked open to cool the room down but then it was noisy

The breakfast buffet variety is the same everyday.

It is located the quieter side of myeongdong and near alot of attractions and ammenities such as Namdemum Market, Gyeongbogung Palace, Myeongdong shopping street and shopping centres such as Lotte, Lotte Young Plaza and Shinegae. Also to nice chimeek places like Kyochon and Kbbq restaurants.

Automated Kiosk for Currency Exchange should have a timing - e.g after 12am will be on downtime. As me and my sister needed to go to airport early and needed to change money for the airport transfer.

Location is very good, near sinsegae shopping mall and other shopping/food places Room is not very new but in good condition Staffs are very friendly

La situació és molt bona, net, prop de metro i a 50m del shuttle de l'aeroport Personal molt amable, bon restaurant i excel.lent esmorzar.

L'habitació triple hauria de poder-se triar si tenir llitera o tercer llit. Per adults i segons edat, resulta DIFÍCIL d'accedir!!

I stayed here for 10 nights and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is within walking distance from the bigger markets and subway station. The hotel was really clean and well-maintained and the staff was wonderful. Power outlets were positioned perfectly right next to the bed.

The only small thing was that my room didn't have a desk but it wasn't really an issue for me. I think k other rooms do have desks just check if a desk is something you care about. Other than that it was absolutely perfect.

the staff especially on the reception area. Staff jung ( i forgot the name a very good looking one) he help us to activate the sim card that we bought in the store nearby. Highly appreciated of what he did to the cellphone of my husband. All the staff in the reception area are very helpful , the room are always clean will recommend your hotel 100% to our friends. And the food are highly recommended . Thanks Sotetsu hotel staff my husband and I are very happy and satisfied during our stay, will stay there again 100%

The air conditioner in my room whistled and interfered with sleep, there were construction works under the window below, they started making noise from eight in the morning

I felt like the rooms could have been a bit cleaner- my comforter was the same (stained) even after my room was supposed to be made up, and floor not swept/cleaned.
