Very close to train station, Westfield Shopping.
Due to Easter break there was no housekeeping that I can understand so no complains

The deds were really comfortable and haveing a washing machine was fantastic.
Needed a larger drying rack and need some celling fans.

The executive suite is very well designed to provide maximum amenity for minimum space. Quality fit-out, quiet and comfortable. Absolutely fantastic location.
The blinds in the room didn't block out the morning sun, so wake up at 7:00 regardless of personal preference!

The proximity to the local shopping centres, restaurants was perfect.
Rooms were clean and spacious, staff especially the reception staff were so very friendly and always available to assist with our enquiries thank you 😊.
Fabulous coffee provided free of charge made by an experienced barista was fantastic thank you 😊.
Parking - being able to park the car on arrival in such a convenient location was fantastic thank you 😊

I travelled with my husband, and two children. We loved the location for easy access to shopping and great restaurants. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The free barista-made coffee in the lobby was a really nice extra. The separate study nook, with sliding door was a great space to set up our port-a-cot and ensure our baby had a good night's sleep while we could stay up later in the living areas.
Our room was on level 1 at the end of the corridor. With no double-glazing, it sounded like the rubbish from the chinese restaurant on the other side of the laneway was being dumped in the living room and the delivery truck's reversing 'beep beep' woke us all up at 10pm. Tip #1: request a room towards the top of the building. Tip #2: Take your own shampoo and conditioner. We had one tiny tube of shampoo-conditioner supplied. Didn't love the shampoo-conditioner combo - it felt a bit cheap and stingy, when the rest of the bedding, decor and furnishing were lovely.

second time we have stayed here and both times room had not been ready by the 2pm checkin time. first stay it wasn’t ready until 2.40 and the second time it was ready until 2.15pm. very annoying when you have young kids to entertain.

the suite was not cleaned over the public holidays. I was not told this when I was booked. this meant the room was not cleaned for 3 days over Christmas.

The apartment had everything we needed, was clean, modern and well designed. The location is ideal, it's in the middle of everything in Chatswood. The barista coffee each morning was a clear highlight.
My only gripe would be the difference in airconditioning between the bedrooms. One room was a decent 5 degree difference.

Location, room was. Modern. Car park on site.
Compact studio, very! No chair or room to sit. Room dark. Workmen? Outside talking, laughing very early, 4am, couldn't sleep.

had to email property about dirty room. filthy balcony, white stains on couch, dirty fingerprints through bathroom and cabinetry, rubbish behind couch, mould in shower.
