location is beyond for this Appartment! it surely is close to everywhere! the woman in the reception was always helpful very polite and friendly!

we faced a problem with the elevator since it stops operating if the doors are not closed properly. also cleaning of the Appartment should be a little more careful especially in the bathroom. apart from that everything else was super! we highly recommend it!

the location was very good and the staff were all very friendly

there were a few places in the room that were not cleaned, some dust on the stool and beside the nightstand

Great, quiet location only a short walk from Barberini Metro A station and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Elena was particularly helpful on my first day, giving me a map and pointing out the key sites to see. They went out of their way to get in gluten free items for my breakfast, although as it turned out there were plenty of options such as fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cold meats and scrambled eggs, so I needn't have worried. Elena also helped me with a query on my flight, so I can't recommend them enough.

There's nothing I can think of. No negatives to mention.

rooms was lovely and clean

The staff was very friendly! They took care of everything we needed: taxi from and to the airport, breakfast in the room for the next morning when we supposed to go early to a day trip and even for our flight.. Very good location! Metro, taxi is next to the hotel. All attractions are in short distance 15 min walking ( except for the Vatican). Very much recommend!

The shower needs maintenance (broken decoration & little mold on the wall next to the ceiling)

the localization was amazing, I know Roma quite well and I was looking for a place to stay close to via Veneto cause to me it’s the best area to stay when you are in Rome just for few days and to see everything what’s needed without using public transport. Anyway, it’s close to everything- shops, bar, restaurants, main attractions, monuments, busses, train station. Contact with the personnel was very goodC room clean and exactly as in the pictures. Next time in Rome I’m staying for sure at this place again :)

the shower was a bit too small 🙈 especially when you are more than 180cm tall 😅

The place is immaculately clean. We also liked the interior, the piece of the open wooden ceiling adds authenticity and style. Designer lighting creates intimate and cosy atmosphere. The receptionist Deborah was extremely welcoming and attentive, gave us recommendations and did some bookings for us.

The only downside there are no English channels on the TV and we had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom at times coming from the pipes

Location was great, staff friendly, breakfast was more than what I was expecting. Rooms were comfy and quiet. Internet fast and stable. Bathroom well designed and very practical. Beds and pillows were more than comfortable. Towels changed everyday. Amenities at a good level. Closet well built. Air-conditioning in the room as well as a hair dryer, coffee machine, fridge with free water bottles. Taxi station in 50 m from the hotel. Road is quiet, so the rooms don't have any noise.

I guess they could have a couple of add ons in the amenities like q-tips and cotton pads

breakfast - good buffet and toast and coffee or tea made to order . very nice place and friendly people. our standard room was not huge but comfortable and nice ensuite. v. clean. self access works perfectly easily out of their staff hours.

a modernized hotel room with poorly designed sink basin / tap and shower cubicle (that lacks a partition glass at one end) causing both cause water spillage all over floor.

The rooms were super clean, and the stuff was so nice. The breakfast was delicious. The location is super as there is a metro station 2 minutes walk and also most of the sites are walk distance.

Great location. Walking distance to many landmarks. Kind and helpful staff. They cleaned the room every day too.

Service was amazing from the beginning and throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was warm, comfortable and beautiful. Location is very central and is easy to get anywhere. Breakfast very good and fresh. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
