Room and breakfast. It was quite as well.
It would be good to have a spa, but without this hotel is also good.

Номер с мини кухней, чисто, из отеля на лифте можно сразу попасть в большой ТЦ, завтрак в ресторане довольно скромный,но еда на вкус нормальная, подвели только блины. В номере была сауна.
Много парковочных мест.
Нас устроило в отеле всё. На уикенд, если вы на машине - отличный вариант.

Tukšs minibārs. Būtu labi, kaut vai ūdeni un mazliet uzkodas gan ielikt sortimentā. Tāpat būtu labi, ja varētu vienreiz lietojamās zobu birstes ievietot numuriņos.

Mulle sobis asukoht. Hommikusöök oli väga hea valikuga ja maitsev.
Tuba oli hubane, kõik vajalik oli olemas, andis koduse tunde.

The hotel is outside of central Tartu, next to a large shopping mall. It seemed to be very popular with families with small kids. The city centre is easily accessible by car or by bus. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, the wifi worked well, breakfast was good (although almost the same every morning), the free parking lot was huge.
The staff didn't seem to know well the area - when I asked how to get into the city centre by public transport, they only suggested a shopping mall shuttle with quite a limited route, when in fact there is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel with several options.

Room was spaceous and clean.
There were no welcome water in the room, although it was mentioned on the room card. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Really spacious family room, lots of cupboard space, comfortable beds, possibility to accommodate a pet, good breakfast, good soundproofing, windows that could be opened, direct connection to a mall, free parking

The hotel location seems far from the city center but don't worry about that. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway if you like to see Tartu and add some shopping to your weekend. The hotel is connected to Lõunakeskus shopping center, so you can go shopping in your slippers. But don't do that. And if you want to visit Tartu city center, there is a free bus from the shopping center every 30 minutes. The trip is about 10 minutes. The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is tasty - all is on the right level.

value little high and maybe parking availability bit tricky.
