A king-bed would have been better. Otherwise all was excellent.

There was no shampoo. The only time that I didn't take any. Just a very minor problem though.

Very clean, super cozy and great taste at decorating. had a great night sleep. It is secluded so we did not have to worry about the safety of the car.

On bus route to oneroa. Frankie was really nice host. Came and popped her head in which was great as she knows the local knowledge. Plenty of kitchen gear too.
Not on bus route towards onetangi; had to catch bus to oneroa then change(only 5 mins into Oneroa)

enjoyed lay out of island breeze and location 15 min walk to little shop and beautiful beach. lovely spot and everything you needed inside accommodation

The size of the house and cleanliness
It would’ve been nice if there was an aircon or fan as it got a bit hot especially overnight

It was great that there were two cottages so two couples could enjoy a holiday together but have their own space. Loved the bath house, an extra bonus in the winter.
We did find the concrete floor quite cold, although there were rugs, and plenty of heating, so not a problem really. Just glad I took my slippers (it was mid winter)

Communication with hosts was excellent. Property beautifully presented.
Not so close to shops but it was on a bus route so if you didn't have access to a car you could use the bus.

Lots of things on the island were closed on a Mon to Wed basis. We were unaware of this trend. This was not the owners issue but an island trend. Other than this very enjoyable stay.

The unit was clean, comfortable and ideal for a couple. The bed was very comfortable. The property was fairly central to all beaches and towns.
The WiFi was slow and there was little to no cell phone reception at the house, meaning that if the WiFi wasn’t reliable, there wasn’t an option of using cellular data.

Perfect location for me to access my event. Clean and tidy and plenty of heating to keep warm during the winter months. I used the mountain bikes available to go exploring the beaches that were close by.

There were clear instructions provided about how to use everything in the property and the owners had supplied effective heaters to make it more comfortable in the cooler temperatures!

I found the bed a little soft and had backache in the mornings.
We were hoping to use the Bath house but it was closed even though it said it would be available during the time of year we booked. However, we didn’t chase this up with the owners so we may have been able to use it if we’d asked.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom studio set amongst beautiful palms with the sound of tuis to wake you up. Very helpful hosts.
A bit hard to find that driveway at first, maybe a sign there saying Island Breeze would help?
