Très bel appartement, vraiment bien équipé et situé dans la ville et à proximité de nombreux bars, restaurants et lieux historiques.

Location - and the apartment actually looks better in real life than in the pictures.
the staff is not good in English. They forgot to send us the code to the apartment even though I asked them 2 days in advance. We booked airport pick-up so they knew exactly when we where there. and I even texted them for the code when we landed the plane. So we had to postpone a dinner reservation and run to their check-in desk. (So we got the key to the apartment at 20:15 in the night) And when you write to them, they either ignore the message or doesn’t reply to all of the issues/questions.
You cannot fully open the dishwasher due to bad design issues, but it do work.

We booked the apartament from the photos but did not get the same.
I asked before the trip if we will get the same apartament in the photos , the balcony and the river view and I was insured that so it will be. We got there for the check in , I asked one more time about the balcony and they told me that no, we do not have balcony and and implicitly it was no longer the same apartment. They could not offer me an apartament with balcony because they were full. Before I went to the apartment I asked if the river view remains, I Was told Yes. Of course that we had no river view and nothing as we booked.

The hot water did not come out, so the technician visited every morning, and cold water came out again that evening.

When we arrived the place was very cold and we asked them to do sth about it and nothing happened. Kids slept in the cold and one of them got very sick. Called Booking.com to complain and then they said we are going to turn on the heating system while they told me that it is on. Another day and nothing happened. Last day of our stay at 5 pm after more than 10 messages and calls to they opened the heating system. After complaining to Booking.com basically Booking.com said that we don't care just give them a low rating since it is going to mean nothing and will not change their overall rating. The worst accommodation and customer service ever experienced.

Location was perfect. Right near Charles Bridge and Old Town. Was able to walk everywhere.

Photos show not real apartment, this
is 5 floor building with different flats. In my apartment were 2 double beds and 2 single ones. For 1 person, ok? Checking in was a nightmare. Firstly I came to one receiption, they had no keys, then moved to another, they sent me to the address different from what was written in confirmation
Finallly, after loosing 2 hours I accomodated in a location not such I liked from the pictures. This total scum and spam. Shame on you. 200€ fianza by card

Nothing! This was the worst stay we have ever had on booking. The staff was rude and not helpful at all.
We arrived and they said we will have maintenance early in the morning during our stay. When we got to the apartment it was a construction zone. When I opened the apartment there was a man in the apartment smoking. The whole apartment smelled like smoke and I still have no idea who this man was. Complained to the staff and they basically brushed us off. We called booking and they offered to move us the next day. The apartment was so loud and construction everywhere you couldn’t even look out the windows. The next day we packed again and moved lost half our day in Prague and the new apartment was still not ready when they said it would be ready. By the time we got back to the apartment at 7pm there was no power in any of the bathrooms and none of the electrical outlets worked. We complained again and had dinner reservations at 8pm so no showers or getting ready for us. When we arrived back after 1030pm it was fixed. We requested a 50% refund on our stay which we felt was more than fair and they denied it. Stay somewhere else!!!!

It was easy and they were very nice but maybe the only bummer is that the reception is a bit far from the apt
