The home was spotless and well maintained. Location was perfect, close to everything but very private. The pool was such a bonus. The kitchen was lovely and stocked with everything needed for our family. The home has wonderful family space, but lots of little nooks to get away and nap or do some reading. The owners were a delight and very hands on. We highly recommend this home and hope to return.

Both bath and beach towels orderly and stored in places that Ruth told us ahead of time. She left me a note including a list of anything I could have wanted or needed to know from beaches with chairs and beaches that are her family’s favorites to drug and grocery stores and dinners spots and spots for a quick bite. Including a beach pass. The house is beautifully furnished and appointed. Pool and outdoor seating fantastic. Grill and fire pit excellent. Everything was perfect and impeccable.

Everything about this property ensures a fantastic stay. The pool is stunning and made us feel like we were in our own private club. The house is beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and immaculately clean. Ruth is responsive and incredibly welcoming and has thought of absolutely everything including a well equipped chef's kitchen, anything you might need poolside (umbrellas, chairs, melamine dinnerware, pool noodles, towels, etc), and lots of books to read. We also enjoyed a day at Dowses beach and appreciated being able to borrow the beach chairs from the house. The house was so relaxing that we were sad to leave.

We rented Ruth’s home for over a month this summer and enjoyed every minute. It is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and has tons of space. The pool and backyard are spectacular. The photos do not so it justice. Ruth was lovely and extremely attentive. You will love this home. Highly recommended!

Everything was PERFECT. Really. The whole feel is sparkly clean, airy, shiny, summery, relaxed, happy! The house layout works incredibly well for a family group. The large open kitchen and greatroom are flooded with natural light. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking together. Shiny, new appliances. Everything worked. To say the kitchen is well stocked is an understatement. There are pots, pans, Keuriglcoffee maker, utensils, even plastic glasses and tableware for poolside. And everything sparkling new and color coordinated. We loved the seaside decor. Another understatement would be to say the home is well furnished. Every room has beautiful comfy furniture. The white with turquise and coral accents couldn't be prettier. I actually took photos of some of the throw pillows, they were so lovely. There is thought and attention to detail down to the hand soap. There is a swoon worthy starfish upholstered chair in the great room. I could go on and on...This is the house you fantasize about owning. And the amazing pool and beautiful yard and flowers really make it a perfect summer home. There are lots of lounge chairs, pool floats, lawn toys. Not a thing overlooked for summer enjoyment. The house is set back from the street and quiet. Osterville is adorable and just the right amount of quiet. All attractions are close enough to enjoy via day trips.. Supermarket is close by. Fanncy Market makes great sandwiches. Aime's Bakery makes delicious pasrty and is in walking distance. This quickly became a morning routine. Crisp pizza is to die for. Ruth was unfaillingly friendly, quick to reply and easy to work with. We met the caretaker who was equally friendly and helpful. We didn't want to leave.

Our family enjoyed this home very much; the town of Osterville on Cape Cod has very nice beaches and ponds and charming shops and restaurants. This home is lovely; it very easily accommodated our 3 generations. The pool is wonderful, the outdoor patio and grill area perfectly laid out, and the indoor common spaces very comfortable for family cooking, dining and movie evenings. Our only concern was the lack of central air-conditioning in the three small bedrooms. Otherwise we loved it!

This is a beautiful home that has warmth and style. It is sparkling clean and has everything you need for the home and the beach! Ruth, the owner, was super helpful and attentive throughout the booking and our week in the house. It is a perfect size for up to 8 people with lots of separate rooms for reading and relaxing. The pool and outdoor sitting area are lovely. We spent most of our waking hours outside!. The location is also great with lots of restaurants, shops and beaches close by. My family was very happy with this house!

The place is the best. Host is very accommodating and the Home is gorgeous and perfectly appointed. We plan to come back as soon as we can.

The pictures of this house (which are gorgeous) don't even portray how beautiful and perfect this house is! From start to finish, working with Ruth was a pleasure. As a host she was helpful, kind and responsive. This home is unbelievably stocked with everything you could ever need. Every room is clean, light, airy and beautifuly decorated. I have stayed in many places on the Cape and it is hard to find a place that has air conditioning. This place was nice and cool and fresh. But that wasn't even the best part. The back yard with the pool and fire pit were amazing. We were staying here for a work conference and usually go out every night for dinner. Once we arrived, we didn't want to leave...so we grilled and utilized the area out back. Ruth made everything about our stay easy...from checking in to trash removal... nothing was difficult. We were located close to shopping and the Osterville fish market, as well as the beach. We look forward to staying here next year! Thank you to Ruth... your home is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay in the Osterville area especially with the stay at this beautiful home. The home was so spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It was nice to have the laundry room available. With all the sights to see on Cape Cod, we had just a few hours to enjoy the pool but the pool was wonderful. It is truly a beautiful home and we were not disappointed by anything. In Osterville, we ate at Crisp which was very good. It has a wonderful outside area with an outdoor bar, and fire pit tables. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone...they will not be disappointed. Thank-you for sharing your home!

This is a much more of home than your typical vacation rental. The pool is awesome - like your own private resort after returning from a crowded beach! Osterville is very nice town that is conveniently located on the Cape. Ruth was fantastic in terms of communication and assistance and my family highly recommends renting this home.

Ruth's house has everything you need, and is centrally located in a beautiful section of Osterville. The house is recently renovated and has an open kitchen extending into the family room, which was a great location for all of us to hang out. We also had a wonderful time sitting outside on the patio with comfortable chairs, a nice backyard for lawn games and a grill for BBQ'ing. Overall, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean, and the appliances were all very new - had everything we needed. In terms of location, the house is a 8-10 minute drive from Craigville Beach and even closer to Dowses beach. Helpful to have the beach pass, which saves you $20-$25/day. Ruth was very responsive in her emails, and also very accommodating, given that we only stayed Wed-Sun, which is not a typical rental time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful family home located in Osterville, MA, which is centrally located in the Cape. The house has been renovated extensively and includes new furnishings throughout the home. We were the first group to rent the home and were extremely pleased with the quality of the house. The house has a very large main floor with new kitchen and great room format, dining room, living room and sun porch. Upstairs includes an incredible master suite with new bathroom, 3 bedrooms and hall bathroom. The house is located on 1+ acres and there is a very nice patio with plenty of seating, gas grill, and room for the kids to play. The house is located on a beautiful street with high-end homes and is within walking distance to Osterville. The town of Osterville is a cute town with nice restaurants and shops. Dowses beach is a short drive and a beautiful beach. Hyannis is nearby for trips to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket and for additional shopping and restaurant options. The owners are fantastic in terms of communication and assistance. Questions were responded to within minutes and our security deposit was quickly returned. We highly recommend renting this home and look forward to returning. Thanks again!
