Absolutely exceptional! Beautifully equipped, decorated and location second to none. Seamless from start to finish, even with a delayed flight. Probably the best apartment I've stayed at for a city break. Loved it, can't wait to book again.

Everything was just perfect. This flat is super for family with children, my youngest son tell that it was the best apartments which we ever rented. Location is very good. Paid parking is in 2min walk from apartment. Everything was super clean.

I loved the play area for my daughter. the place was spacious well designed. super close to old town and there was a 24 he parking a block away.

Beautiful apartment very centrally located close to the old town. It was ideal for us with our teenagers.

For people with buggies the stairs might be a little steep.

Great apartment, great for kids, we had 3 kids 6, 3 and 6 months, everything was there that we needed. Kids loved their bedroom and toys. Great location, just a block away from the main square. Apartment was spotless.

More information on how to work things in the apartment would of been nice, but staff were always a phone call away. No oven in the apartment.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, superb apartment, wow, I did not expect this and I was blown away, it was the BEST apartment I have ever rented and I do travel a lot, the kids never wanted to let go, it has so many amazing amenities, attention to details, toys for kids, a toy house inside the condo, INSANE location just in the middle of everything, shop 2 min away, super comfy beds, superb design, super clean, huge apartment, my kids were almost crying when they needed to leave it to go to see the city, WOW!!! loads of towels, all the cooking dishes you can think off, just WOW WOW WOW! 100 out of 10!! Thanks so much, this apartment made our whole trip!!!

ONLY minor thing I might think about and it could literally be ignored, you can hear steps from the apartment above when they walk , but you can neglect this, as its nothing compared to what the apartment offers.

we loves the apartment, which was spacious, bright, air conditioning, games and play area for the kids,2 bathrooms, it’s very idle for a family. The staff was helpful, quick to answer all questions, and take care of all our needs. It is our second time at that apartment, and we most certainly will come back again. Thank you!

the appartment is really nice, family-friendly and located just a couple of minutes away form the city center. We asked for a change at the breakfast menu and there was no problem at all.

The breakfast was included, and it was delivered every day; however, there were no milk for the coffe for example. The breakfast (eggs, sausages, etc) was cold.

So lovely to be met at the door for checkin. Host did a wonderful job getting us settled. Location is excellent for exploring the old town area of Krakow. Apt was well laid out and equipped for our group. SO nice to have a coffee maker on site! We will look to book here again in the future.

The apartment is fantastic - perfect for families. Clean, central, and nicely furnished - a great city rental. Would definitely stay again.

Amazingly comfortable apartment with everything you might possibly need. Great location - close to the old town and Kazimierz District. Very clean and nicely decorated.

The mattress was a bit soft for me but that's only my personal preference.

Well laid out apartment to accommodate 4 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. Every need and convenience has been catered for - including washing machine and dishwasher. Clean and modern. Spacious and well located
