來去宜蘭礁溪常訂住川湯，這次朋友介紹中天，帶家中長輩出來走走。而預訂家族旅遊，進入前看到飯店本體，長輩看了哇了一聲。進入大廳有服務小弟幫你開門。以及櫃檯服務人員很親切接待。一進入房間豪華家庭房（1020）很是開心，但美中不足的是，走到陽台卻看不到龜山島，長輩大大的失望。（原預訂房有備注高樓層可看到龜山島）

地點安靜,風景漂亮,房間大,乾淨
浴室水忽冷忽熱,一下涼水一下很熱,很糟糕,如果開溫泉浴池的水會更不穩定,吃飯好像不是跟住宿旅客吃,有遊覽車載很多大年紀的來吃,這些旅客自助餐夾菜一直講話,疫情期間很受不了,吃得很不舒服

Super clean, comfortable, and modern! Stayed in the Superior Family room with a decently sized living room and in-room spa bath! Facilities are also very useful with indoor and outdoor swimming pool jacuzzis, as well as a huge children’s playroom and a gym!
Located within walking distance of streets with a wide variety of food!
Breakfast can be better and staff (especially the swimming pool and children’s playroom receptionists) can be friendlier! :)

we had the unit where two rooms are connected and shared a living space. The rooms were clean and they provided some snacks, coffee and soft drinks. In-room hot spring water.

The staff was able to fulfill my request for crib, baby tub, and sterilizer. Baby was able to sleep well during our stay. The location was also great, right in the center of the city. The spa area was also nice, but unfortunately they didn't have a pool. Breakfast was a buffet so there was a lot of options. Beds were comfortable.
The floor in the spa area was super slippery. If you forget to wear your slippers while walking around, you'll definitely slip and fall (like I did). The bed was huge, but it was 2 beds put together so there's a hard gap in the middle.

the water spa is large and with plenty of variation. outside hotspring is also very appreciable especially when it’s cold outside.
bed mattress is very soft and lacks a bit of firmness for me. Parking requires to clear the parking card every time you leave the parking at the 1F counter - a bit tedious.
