We stayed on one of the top floor apartments - two adults and two young children (only stairs to access which wasn't a problem for us but might be for some). Very clean, with two good sized double bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen - although we only really used it for breakfast and lunch. The diner / seating area is all one room with the kitchen. Nice sized balcony with great views. There are just six apartments and the friendly family live on the lower floor should you need anything. Very peaceful location with wonderful pool which was never very busy (we were there in August!). We didn't have a car as we'd already explored nearby areas the previous week with a car. Trogir can get very busy with traffic (particularly the bridge to get on/off) so we were the right side of this. There is a small shop up the road and the larger supermarkets are in Trogir which is an easy 15 minute walk away. Beaches are nearby one over the bridge with an inflatable water park and others located to the left of Trogir with some great beach bars. Plenty of buses and boat taxis to get around - visit Split etc. Lots of choice in Trogir to eat out and to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. On departure one of the sons took us to the airport which was more conveniant and cheaper than a taxi and a lovely gift from the mother too which was a nice touch!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen kleinen Anlage bei den wirklich netten Gastgebern. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, weil es fußläufig zur Altstadt ist und man von dort aus schnell überall hinkommt. Wenn man eine Wohnung auf ciovo hat, dann ist man immer im Stau, wenn man von der Insel runterfahren möchte, weil ja alles über zwei kleine Brücken geht. Umgekehrt ist es allerdings kein Problem. Also für alle, nicht nur am Pool liegen wollen, sondern auch gerne mal einen Ausflug machen, ist es ideal. Strände gibt es genug in der Nähe. Noch ein Tipp: Rafting auf dem Fluss Cetina - war wunderbar!!

It is in a quiet area yet only 10 minutes walk into Trogir which is a very pretty town with narrow streets and lots of bars and restaurants. You can take boat trips from the town and Split is just half an hour away. Croatia is beautiful and the people warm and friendly. There is so much to see in this country and we will definitely recommend to others.
