nice modern hotel, great location and friendly staff. would stay again

Where to start? We decided to come here for our last night because we wanted to come to San Antonio, see the sunset at Cafe del Mar and had a 10am boat trip from the harbour the following morning. This amazing hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus station. It is a modern hotel with beautiful decor. Our room and bathroom was VERY clean. There was a small balcony which was good. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and could answer any of our questions. The hotel was a 5 minute ( if that) walk from the harbour and plenty of shops en route. We walked to Cafe del Mar. It was approximately a 25 minute walk. On the way back we stopped at one of the many restaurants. Checkout was at a decent time and we were able to leave our bags in a secure room. After our day out we returned to the hotel and were able to use a shower room which was also very clean. We were even given towels to use, rather than having to travel home with wet towels. The hotel ordered our taxi for us and we then spent the remaining 90 minutes in the hotel main reception area where there was very welcome aircon, comfy seats, charging points and a table to sit and work from if you wished. We also went to the hotel's bar which was just as lovely as the rest of the hotel. There was a pool which we didn't have time to use, however it did look good! Highly recommend this property!

Good size room with balcony and also outside area with sun loungers. At the time of booking we requested a room as high as possible and we're put on the top floor. We loved the location within San An and would happily stay again.

rooms very small, it is more of a family place and not ideal for friends staying or wanting to go out. Didn’t let anyone play music in the rooms, stopped us eating an ice cream at the pool.

Everything was great. The pool was lovely and really comfortable, as was the bar / restaurant area and the rooms. There was incident on our final night which meant we had to get the police involved (nothing to do with the hotel) and the staff were all incredibly helpful organising that and allowing us to have a late check out. We really appreciated that.

Our room was right by the stairs which would be my only complaint, and the air con could have been stronger.

Location was great, it was close to the strip and lots of restaurants. Outside space was great and the bar and restaurant were good.

The rooms had very varying sizes and balcony sizes were different, which made it tricky for the group.

Hotel was really clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel is brilliant for the center of San Antonio and the bus station is literally 2 second walk from the hotel which is great for the disco bus for events and for getting bus’ around the island. The food and drinks in the hotel is really reasonably priced and the staff are really welcoming and go the extra mile. The air conditioning in the room is great!
