Wifi was not in range inside our room

Internet never worked, the oven was broken and the apartment wasn't clean. I raised these issues with the staff after the first of what would have been five nights. Cleaning was done, but the internet and oven was not resolved. Before the third night I emailed to say I wanted to leave after the third night and wanted a refund. I had needed the internet for work and the oven for cooking. Having raised these matters after the first night and without any resolution, I made alternative arrangements for the 4th and 5th nights. It was only after saying I was leaving two days early and requesting a refund for the two unused nights that I was then offered a different apartment and the use of the manager's own internet. Too little too late.

This place is very tired and maintenance is shabby and unprofessional.

Location great for access into city, bus at front door and 3 minute walk to train. Foxtel access provided. Air conditioner worked well.

A little run down, needs upgrade. Windows need good clean, peeling paint in bathroom, drawer unit in bedroom quite shabby, loungeroom tv unit peeling from coffee cup stains

There wasn't a whole lot to like

The overall condition was below par. The carpets were stained and worn through in places, the lounge covered in grimey filth, no hairdryer or iron, had we known we would have brought our own. The window coverings were junk and there was no privacy from the kitchen windows. The main a/c was filthy and dusty. We did not even end up staying. We packed and left by midnight.

A one bedroom unit at a better price and more space than a hotel/motel room, but keep in mind this is an older style property. The unit has recently had a repaint but the bathroom is showing its age and is overdue for a makeover. We were there over a weekend and found it to be nice and quiet while only a short walk (300m) to a cafe for breakfast.
