The room and bathroom were nice and we loved the balcony that our room had! The location was also great and the bar/restaurant were good. The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice.
The air conditioning in our room was weak so it was a bit warm and humid in our room. I also wish there had been a free breakfast rather than having to pay additionally for it.

Great location & view. Wonderful, friendly concierge - gave us good recommendations.
The room was small and had a moldy smell.`After a night in that room, both of our throat was irritated and nose congested. There must be a mold problem somewhere. Also, the bathroom was not adequate. The space between the toilet and sink cabinet did not allow enough room to sit comfortably. The shower holder didn't stay in place -which was really inconvenient. I will not return to this hotel.

Amazing location and the bed was super comfy.
the first room we were put in wasn’t good. the lights didn’t work, the shower leaked, there was a mark in the toilet, and the room was dull and lifeless with the view of a wall. to top it all off the lock on the door didn’t work. we asked to move rooms and all was sorted.

Poor air conditioning. Not all facilities worked - tv, sockets etc. Shower took ages to warm up. Decor dated. Noisy AC equipment outside when window was open (due to poor AC in room).

Perfect location with private beach and beach restaurant. Breakfast in the courtyard in the sunshine was fab. Ten minute taxi ride from Nice airport.
Daily cost of private beach was a little expensive.

Ventilation didn't work, Air conditioner was overheating The room, no cool Air, Bad Air quality. We asked help and didn't get it.

First of all the hotel itself was quite the antique and we liked the history of it and then location is fantastic.
The upgrade on our room was mDe by the reception and we moved to a better room with much better view and we did like this. All and all everything was great and we enjoyed our stayed.
