Diesmal hatten wir ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, was wir sehr geschmackvoll fanden. Kleinigkeiten waren eine nicht schließende Tür zum Badezimmer.

Layout and balcony was nice. Nice staff.

The safety deposit box was not functional. I had to complain twice to sort it out and the replacement was equally faulty. They refunded one night stay but I must say upkeep of could be better. Little things like the no tea bags ; just coffee and not replenished daily.

Breakfast was fabulous!

Noise. When floor above flushed in the toilet I could hear it in my room very very loudly. Then there was the construction. I came back to hotel after long event and wanted coffee. Neither lobby, nor restaurant nor the bar above sold me coffee and that was at 8 pm. I don’t understand. There was no phone in the room and weird lock on the balcony door that I could not open. Internet was great though. Top speed. Staff were smiley but not helpful.

Ich buche jedes Mal das Hotel, wenn ich in Frankfurt bin. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. 👍🏽

AC connection was not working

Das Zimmer war renoviert- mit guten Betten und einem neuen Bad aber leider unvollständig ausgestattet- U.a. fehlte ein Telefon-> Ein Service-Kontakt zur Rezeption war nur durch persönliche Vorsprache möglich. Allerdings war die Rezeption in den Abendstunden nur sporadisch besetzt. Das Restaurant war um 10 h geschlossen obwohl über das Pad auf dem Zimmer einen Restaurantservive bis 0:00 h aufgeführt war - existiert dieser offenbar aktuell nicht. Das Haus wird aktuell renoviert -daher können solche Dinge passieren. Dann sollte zumindest bei Check in darauf hingewiesen werden und die aufgerufenen Kosten für die Übernachtung entsprechend angepasst werden. / Mein Hinweis auf diesen Zustand beim Check aus wurde nur bedingt entgegengenommen - Schade

Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten bequem, schön war das ein Kühlschrank vorhanden war und eine Kaffeemaschine, viel Platz im Schrank, sehr gut. Das Frühstück war super, es war alles da, was man zum frühstücken haben kann und immer wurde wieder frisch nachgelegt. Ausgezeichnet! Die Lounge war auch super, Bedienung sehr freundlich, Essen sehr lecker, Preisleistungsverhältnis gut.

Eigentlich kann ich nichts beanstanden, es war alles gut.

The view from the room over Frankfurt and beyond was breathtaking. Our executive room was spaceous, new and spotlessly clean. Nice big bed with good quality mattrass. Great walk-in rainshower in the bathroom. Breakfast was extensive (buffet-style), of good though not top notch quality.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, and the carpets in the hallways were bearing the marks (paint and other stains) which gave a first impression of an unkempt and unhygienic (definitely not welcoming) environment. Our upgraded room which was described to us as 'brand new' felt unfinished - no wall decoration, no seats, just a bed and wardrobe space. Unfortunately, it did suffer from a common challenge in hotels: room temperatures that were way too high, beyond comfortable with no regulation possible - even opened windows did not bring relief. The elevator capacity for such a big hotel was slightly inadequate, and required patience especially early mornings; signage / communication about some floors not being serviced by the elevator (and how to reach that floor instead) were lacking / inadequate. Overall, the hotel was good but not top-standard; the fine details that would have made it really outstanding, were missing. Value for money could have been better: compared to similar hotels in similar European cities, the price level was on the higher side in my view.

In general everything was ok, friendly bar staff but less friendly check in staff. Great buss conections to city centre and walkable if the weather is on your side.

We were asked if we would like a newly renovated room. We accepted. Disappointed that there was no bath (web site said all rooms have a bath). Room smelt very strongly of paint. Here is the big one, the smoke alarm had been covered in painters tape during the renovation. This tape had not been removed. I informed the staff member at the check in desk about this on Saturday the 4th. Nothing was done to change the situation.

Alles war wie erwartet gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das eigentlich ausgezeichnete Frühstück wurde durch einen miserablen Kaffee aus zwei kleinen, billigen Automaten getrübt. Dieser Makel passt nicht zu der restlichen guten Performance.

We requested twin beds in our booking, but the bed was made up into a king on our arrival. Staff were reluctant to ask housekeeping to split the bed into 2, even though this was an easy task and was part of our booking. We were part of a tour group leaving from this hotel - despite an information sheet being posted in the foyer just a few feet from the reception desk, staff rudely informed that they could not assist with details when we had to call from down town. AND - the air conditioning in the whole hotel was not working. It was quite warm when we stayed, so it was very uncomfortable.

Tesis merkezden sadece 10dk sürüş mesafesinde. Daha yakın civarda market restoran vs bulmanız mümkün. 6 ay önce de kalmıştık. Rahatlığı ve konumu sebebiyle tekrar tercih ettik. Odalar gerçekten çok güzel, büyük ve rahat. Odada kahve makinesi ve su mevcut.

Otopark fiyatı çok yüksek. Gecelik 24€. Otel çevresinde aracınızı ücretsiz park edebileceğiniz güvenli yerler var, boşa ödemeyin derim.

Alles war schlecht die Zimmern verdreckt bekommen Putzfrauen knallen die Türen von morgens bis abends zu es ist ziemlich laut dort

Eine einmalige Lage mit tadelloser Verkehrsanbindung( ÖPNV ) vor der Tür und ein sehr sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal sind absolute Highlights des Hotels. Hinzu kommen inzwischen viele sehr modern ausgestattete Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten .( Boxspringmatratzen !)

Book your Skyline view , Trust me , you won’t regret it It’s unbelievable how beautiful the view is and of course the rooms are big , very clean It’s my favorite Hotel in Frankfurt!

staff at entrance door was extremely disappointing. no greetings, no support, even he was watching us carrying heavy suitscases with children. just disappointing.
