Location excellent walking distance to major sites. Staff friendly and efficient. Room very large could sleep 4 people. Bathroom spacious and clean lots of fresh towels and toiletries if needed. warm too. safe in room and lots of space to hang clothes. Kettle, tea and coffee to make own drinks in the room with mini bar available. Shuttle service available to airport

Only stayed one night so found no improvements needed for my stay

Really nice traditional hotel. Spotlessly clean room with everything you need. good aircon. Staff really helpful and friendly and excellent breakfast. on the opposite side of river to main tourist area but only a 5 minute easy walk to cross the river. very peaceful area.

Very uncomfortable extra bed as it creaked very loudly when I turned from one side to the other.

Great location in the historic city centre just south of the river, and an easy walk to the main tourist attractions. Reasonable breakfast selection. Secure parking (limited spaces) within the hotel courtyard, access by car is through the limited traffic zone (we were accompanied in by the Municipal Police !!), just give your car registration to the hotel to avoid a fine from the city. Small outdoor terrace area for having a drink or relaxing. Extremely quiet location, at night there was no noise at all from outside our room which overlooked the street.

Noise from running water/flushing toilets in other rooms, at times sounded like it was coming from our own bathroom. This unfortunately is a common issue in many hotels which are situated in old buildings. 15 euros per night parking, but it is in the city centre and secured at night. Breakfast room quite small for the number of guests.

Great location to explore Pisa and not too far from the train station. They also offer a shuttle to the airport. Lovely breakfast and super helpful staff. I would definitely go back.

AC was not working very well :(

The hotel is super clean and is at a perfect location - 7 mins walk to bus and train station, 15 min just across the river from the centre. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The first day I had to get up early for a daytrip and so I got a packed breakfast to take away with me on demand, the hotel offers airport transfer and the staff at the reception speaks well english so it's a perfect place for a foreigner. The breakfast was delicious - variations of croissants, tuscan salami and cheese, fresh fruits and variations of juices was more than enough. You can leave your luggage at the luggage store before your room is ready or if you have a later flight in the afternoon. I highly recommend this accommodation.

As I was a lone traveller, I received a different room than expected. The room was in the depandance area and was a bit small and dark in comparison with the one shown on the photos upon the reservation process. The positive side of it was that it was in a quiet part of the property so I enjoyed the peace and calm after I came back from the daytrips. As I was lucky and had a nice weather throughout my stay I didn't spend much time in the room, therefore I have not much to complain about. However, should the weather be bad, I would be uncomfortable. I would just suggest to offer the appropriate room so that the guest knows what to expect and is not surprised on spot. Otherwise I was super content.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport which was very handy. The room was clean and the facilities were decent for an old building. The hotel is also only a 15minute walk away from the main attractions, convenient location.

My room was a little small but fine for just the 1 night.
