Huge beautiful room, close to Rialto Bridge and St Marks square.

There was no blanket on the bed/in the room.

The location is absolute perfection

Not having screens on windows for when AC is not permitted. we had a lot of mosquitoes come in.

LOCATION WAS GREAT ! about to 7-10 M minute walk from San Marcos square and Rialto Bridge.( very congested there)  this hotel is located across from a beautiful church inside a small square with 2 to 3 restaurants within the Square. Location was great. would def stay again!

A very pleasant stay with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were spacious and easy to use. It was close to St Mark's Basilica and the relatively easy access to water bus stop to the airport.

The room was very large with a great view of the square. The bathroom was clean and spacious and we loved the breakfast. The staff helped us get a very early morning water taxi reserved the night before and gave us ice for our drinks. This was our favorite of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our 4-stop trip!

My compliments to the owner Michele and all of his staff. You have a very beautiful hotel and everyone who works there is very attentive and kind. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I loved the big bathroom and shower and you can even go to the balconies on the first and second floor to look at the square :)

The hotel was centrally placed and very clean.

There was an extremely small choice of food for breakfast. Very poor fruit availablilty and the gluten free breakfast was not good - burnt croissants which were rock hard, microwaved in their plastic bags and sweet biscuits from the local shop. The hotel did apologise with a glass of fresh orange juice. The cappucinnos were delicious.

First of all, we want to recommend the hotel 100%. He was absolutely great. We have traveled to many parts of Italy and have always chosen expensive and multi-star hotels. We absolutely did not expect a hotel that was much more affordable to be much better. 1. I don't understand how anyone in the previous reviews could complain about the breakfast, because the croissants at home at the hotel were the best we ate in Venice. 2. Due to the flight delay, we did not arrive at the hotel until around 01:00 in the morning and there was no problem with the accommodation 3. Room spacious, clean and huge shower, LCD TV with Netflix. 4. Overall, the staff is very nice even at breakfast... nothing to complain about. 5. Central location of the hotel. You can get everywhere on foot.. We were very satisfied and would definitely like to come back...
