The staff is great I fell victim to fraud that the hotel includes transportation from the airport to the hotel, unfortunately there is no driver and I waited two hours and the driver did not come but the hotel and rooms are very poor I do not recommend anyone to book with this hotel

Good location near the city center. Great value for the money; for the price rooms are more than adequate. Things were clean and functional.

Some construction work in the corridor while I was visiting, but thankfully they did not start too early in the morning.

It's quite centrally located, easy to reach by foot from central railway station. The staff is friendly. The bed was comfortable and linens were very clean.

It looks like the place falls apart a bit, a lot of little things in the bathroom especially are loosely connected. There was a weird ticking sound coming from somewhere that annoyed me. And I did a mistake by of ordering the taxi with them: 2 times more expensive than the price the receptionist told me.

Cosy and clean room, modest and comfortable for short term stay. Although rebuilding was in progress, no extra noise was noticed. Great location just 10 minutes walk from central station, however the surrounding is quite noisy with large streets, trams and trains so needs to be taken in consideration. We were very satisfied.

the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, after changing the room, it was a bit better in the next room, but the dirty stained carpet did not encourage staying in this room.

Location,fast check in,assistance regarding WiFi.Hotel satisfied my request to be located on the highest possible floor.

Room impression: Looks like an ex-soviet installation poorly renovated. Bath towels were weared off and pillows were not comfortable to say the least while bed linen had a hole. Obviously when you request for a high floor room it's all about some view. Instead my room was overlooking the backyard. Breakfast was OK yet nothing that much special. Overall it doesn't deserve the price paid,in comparison with the competition around.

I don't understand why this place has such a low rating. It's a nice freaking place! For this price and location, the room is great, comfy, and clean. It's not the Ritz but it doesn't cost like the Ritz. The only downside was that the receptionist could've let me know about the free 24/7 gym and sauna on premises when I checked in.

Didn't pay attention to the facilities but would be nice to be informed about them upon check-in.

Property was clean, gym and restaurants were very comfortable and got that home vibe, loved it.

Only one complaint, I wish the smart TV was connected to wifi therefore I could screen mirror movies from Cell phone to TV, I really needed that, I’m american and all TV content was in Polish.
